My rating is 1/5, They are very good in bringing the candidate on the table for the interview but once you done with the interview they will not bother to update you regarding the feedback.

Also i found them bit insecure as they will not allow you to join without singing the 1 year service agreement in which you have to accept that you will not going to leave the company for the next 1 year. its a mid size company of around 150 to 200 employees and they target the small startup companies in US to sell their IT who are in the market from lats 4 to 5 years and they want to grow.

No cabs and meals also the HR seems bit unprofessional as they play with the words and give illogical reason for the rejections. My overall experience was below average.
