We delivered a clear and concisely written set of product requirements, along with supporting wireframes. One month into the process, the Hytech team was still asking questions that communicated a clear lack of understanding of the basic requirements in our product.

We even delivered a video of our working web application, with it's expected behaviors clearly demonstrated.

They still didn't understand. Language barrier aside, the understanding barrier was way, way too high. We also did not receive a single weekly statement of work completed from any of their PM's or developers, even after repeated requests that this be provided each week.

A month later, we had to ask for a refund on our contract, and as of yet (3 weeks) have not received any meaningful response back.

I cannot recommend working with this vendor.
