The ENTIRE team at HyTech is COMPLETELY USELESS!!! If you want your project to run over time and budget....feel free to waste your money!

They quoted our project to take 4.5-6 months to complete from signed contract to 100% completion. We fired them after almost 18 months. The project was still not completed at that point.

We spent 3hrs per call 3 times a week for over a month with 2 developers for Elaboration. 50% of what was discussed during Elaboration was never properly communicated to the actual developers. They even admitted there was a communication breakdown between the elaboration team and development team, but never did anything to make it right on our end.
Example: Our site has a points system in place that rewards users for activity. They built point accumulation just fine, but never wrote a single line of code where a user can make use of those points. When I brought it up to them during ALPHA and GAMMA releases, they assured me it would be there for us to see during BETA release. When it wasn't there during BETA they told me it would now be a Change Request and would cost a few thousand dollars for them to include it.

They do ABSOLUTLY NO testing on anything they built. They would build what they thought was acceptable, would release it to us and we would find common sense mistakes that their "testing team" should have discovered and fixed before it our eyes ever got on it.

The last round of fixes was quoted by them to take 1.5-2 weeks. It took them over 2 months and it STILL WASN"T RIGHT.

The list goes on!

PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE GUYS!!! Your blood pressure will double and you will spend your vacation money on medicine to fight the migranes you will get from the stress they will put you under because of their incompetence!!!
