Worst experience, They called for interview and told me it wound take 2 hour and would take 2 round of interview only. But when I went there for interview. They took 4 round and in second round with project manager they told me about my communication skill not as per there requirement. They know about my offers from other company and my package. They offer me low package equal to my current one. If I am not eligible according to project manager why they offer me same package? Why they waste my time if in second round they got I am not as good as they want in communication? They have bond of one year as well. How they think someone with good offer can work there with bond and low salary.
