Hyatt Singapore Review

Great hotel in a great location. The restaurants and basement pub are key attractions.

One of my favourite hotels to patronise in the Orchard Road belt.

An expats paradise.

Straits Kitchen was excellent. Good variety and tasty. Service was excellent as well.

The AC at room 1571 where I was staying was warm. Luckily I bring some fan. So it help to get me cool at night. The tech even said that this floor and below it also got same problem. Lift too.. have difficulties reading my card. Luckily there are 2 slots on the left and right. Seems the reader on the right one is having problem. Need to go back back and forth at first to get the card fix (At first I thought it was the card) after several days I finally understand it was the reader...besides all the problem it's good place to stay complete with it's sauna, swimming pool, gym, etc. The staff is helpfull

This place is a hidden gem in Singapore. Amazing food, great room service and a true luxury.

Well prepared for COVID, staff is very helpful over the phone, big and clean room, very quiet AC, good pool view, nice office space, good tv, fantastic bath room, solid internet. A fair selection of available meals during the pandemic. But drinking cheap instant coffee for 14 days was NOT pleasant nor 5 star, more like 1 star. I had to serve quarantine and it was really hard to be locked in a room with no fresh air, as I could not open any windows to stick my head out, nor did I have a balcony to feel connected to the outside. Even in a prison, you would be allowed outside once a day to walk with a guard for at least 20 minutes. I felt claustrophobic for sure and breathing AC air for 14 days, day and night was not fun at all. I cannot comment on the facilities as I was not allowed to use any of them.

In post celebration of both my wife and daughter birthdays both in late October, together with our other daughter (total 4) we made a booking for high tea at 10 Scotts Road this afternoon.

All of us were enjoying the awesome food and having such a great time. However I started to experience stomach upset.

Over a period of 60 mins (5pm~6pm) I visited the toilet at least 7 times having diarrhoea. Then I approached one of the waitress whom served us earlier to request for diarrhoea pill and was told to visit a clinic at Far East Plaza.

My diarrhoea continued when we reached home....

It s puzzling why I am the only person within our group to experienced diarrhoea. Is it I had too many fresh oysters at the onset???

Excellent Grand Hyatt in the heart of Singapore s shopping Orchard Road Precinct.

Service is excellent throughout the entire hotel.

Great breakfast selection of both local and western options and they cater well for healthier and less healthy options.

Rooms a nice and large which have been recently renovated. Never had issues with noise.

Good gym area though can get crowded first thing in the morning.

Highly recommended.

Had dinner at Straits Kitchen. Buffet was amazing. Service was good. Space inviting.

Event room directions was a bit hard to find. Thus, causing delay.

Generally an excellent hotel, great location right at the heart of the city. I frequent Mezza9 for business lunches, however the customer service at Mezza9 has dropped dramatically over the past years. Food is still good however.

Ate at straits kitchen. Food and ambience was excellent. Prayer place in the hotel was a godsend

Absolutely must visit , especially the Mezzanine restaurant. A bit pricy but matched with quality and extreme attention to detail. Greg Lawrence

There are a lot of hotels in Singapore, but here is also the name of the Grand Hotel. It is a nice hotel with a variety of facilities and swimming pool. It is also good for kids to enjoy. But it takes more than 5 minutes to walk to Somerset station.

Food at the straits kitchen was better than expectations.

Easy to access by bus, train or taxi :)). Friendly service. Cleanliness is top. And guests are friendly too.

Good location for those who prioritize shopping and food. Hotel itself offers great restaurants with choices of Asian and European food.
Rooms in the old tower are bit dated. Service throughout hotel is fine. This is good value for money but not among the best Grand Hyatts.

Good food. Staff are courteous and friendly. Even the bellman is very helpful. Easy to travel. Mrt walking distance.

Big, spacious lobby with polished marble foor. The staff are also very helpful and welcoming.

I had gone for Pete's place for dinner. The food as well the servers were amazing. The dessert was definitely the best.

I love staying with Hyatt. My first choice for hotel stays. Friendly and helpful frontdesk staffs. They managed to fulfill most of my last minute request - including slightly later checkouts. Thank you Hyatt, for being flexible!

This hotel is very hard to fault. It was presented immaculately. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not prepare for arrival of Globalist Lifetime as Hyatt standard

The position is very strategic, the service is quite friendly.

Visited the restaurants and meeting rooms but not the hotel rooms. Impressive hotel and nicely decorated.

avoid hosting wedding banquet in this hotel as service is not there

I stayed for three days here for a business trip. The hotel is nice and well appointed. I enjoyed a morning swim in the pool and the restaurant was excellent but expensive for breakfast. Getting to the pool from my building was a complicated walk. Good location.

5 star rated hotel in Singspore. Very well decorated, clean & very well maintained. The location is at the heart of the city. Food is really awesome & tasty, specially Sea food items.

Perfect for a relaxed staycation or casual encounter

Good and spacious rooms , lacks of contemporary pool but it offers nice surroundings! The breakfast is cool but moderate(lacks of variety of european cuisine) ! Overall i would be back to stay again

One of the best hotels specially location wise. the staff is really helpful. great varaity of restaurants. Amazing pool and health facility.

staff was friendly. i lost a ticket and after certain verification, i was allowed to redeem the things i put on hold with them.

Receiption is fantastic. The wedding ballroom is huge with full screen video on the walls. Location wise is convenient too, just a 5-10mins walk from the train station.

Strategically located in Singapore shopping district

Beyond Burg at Mezza9 was good, but not worth the hype

The Grand Hyatt Singapore's service was very good. Because I went there for a wedding, the waiter's and waitresses were very pleasant and serves my every need.

Best place to stay for family.. lovated the busiest road in singapore..many malls nearby
