Staff who go the extra mile, delicious food, clean rooms.

Mezzanine has good quality food and service. The set meals are priced reasonably. Value for money. I return every year.

Had dinner with an overseas colleague at Straits Cafe. Needed a halal restaurant due to my colleague's requirement. Taste and variery of food was great. Ambience as well, conducive for a heart to heart chat.

Excellent Grand Hyatt in the heart of Singapore s shopping Orchard Road Precinct.
Service is excellent throughout the entire hotel.
Great breakfast selection of both local and western options and they cater well for healthier and less healthy options.
Rooms a nice and large which have been recently renovated. Never had issues with noise.
Good gym area though can get crowded first thing in the morning.
Highly recommended

Had dinner at the Mezza9 restaurant. Loved the open concept, great food and atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Dinner at Oasis hosting company guests. The food consisted of seafood, meat and poultry. The quality of food was high and the guests enjoyed the drinks as well. The Pro secco deserves special mention.

Everything was clean. Internet was as slow and inconsistent as a mid tier hotel in a 3rd world country.

Its location is conveniently placed at Orchard and only a walk away from the MRT. The staff were courteous from the bellman to the front desk staff

Attended a conference at the Grand Hyatt. Pretty good service and facilities. A bit old but well maintained.

Service and food is good. Parking limited and far from main hotel

Great location near far east plaza and excellent service.

Went to a restaurant called Pete's Place for buffet lunch. Was told the same style of offering has been going on for more the 30 years. Small selection of spread but all of very high quality. There are less than 5 main course dishes and probably single digit dessert choices. Absolutely fantastic Baked whole salmon for main and the signature tiramisu goes with the equally high quality coffee.

Great location as hyatt is located at Orchard Road which is the shipping strip in Singapore. Cafe service was great and good food.

The ambience is extremely cosy. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. We asked for photograph and the staff actually took the same photo from 4 different angles,directions. Food is pretty good, pricing is reasonable. Only thing I feel missing...there are no clear signs, directions where is the toilet in the hotel. I had a hard time looking for the toilet in hotel lobby

One of the nicest hotel at Singapore. Location is great and 8-10 min from Universal studio. Rooms and Decor superb. The arrangements were orderly and the food catered was excellent. Staffs were prompt in resupplying the bottled waters and clearing away the uses plates/cups. Overall, We had an enjoyable experience at Grand Hyatt.

Not cheap but you can't beat the location (edge of Orchard Road).

I was so elated when friends informed me about this 'tingkat' deal from the Grand Hyatt. They all know we love good food, and having ordered from here twice (once for Mother's Day), I must say we were NOT disappointed with our takeaways. That Aussie Lamb Rogan Briyani melts in the mouth, and the aromatic gravy has just the right amount of spicy kick to it.
I remember I had to bear with this wickedly wonderful waff in my car all the way home. I was so tempted to stop someplace and finish the pack there and then!
My family had the sambal grilled fish with mixed vegetables, and just looking at how quickly everything disappeared from our dinner table, was enoughr evidence that getting dinner from here was a winning combo:)

Great venue for a stay in between the shopping streets of Orchard. Attended a wedding at the residential hall and was impressed by the spectular interior design.

Great central location, the hotel is great and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Good hotel in Orchard, with big rooms and great facilities. The breakfast cereal options were a little disappointing, but egg station and juice selection were great.

Attending Sunday church service (GBI Indonesian branch under Pak Djohan Handoyo). Blessed hotel.

Once in awhile I'll visit straits kitchen for buffet dinner

obviously posh room and great room. But couldnt connect to the wifi so not sure its wifi is good or not. Sadly its smoking room didnt have a balcony so it wasnt considerate to smoke with other non smokers around.

Was at the Gallery to attend my friend's wedding. Amazing place to chill out and staff are on point to serve. Food was excellent

Had to come stay here for business because it s closest to the office. Every time I stayed here my experience has been unpleasant. Service is poor. Room is old and not well maintained. Room smells moldy. Buffet breakfast and dinner are very average- not as tasty as those in the food court even! If I had a choice I would go somewhere else.

Very clean , nice room, great hospitality and had a good sleep.

Waited 25 mins for mooncake collection when appointment to collect was made. Wrong order was given. Service level needs to improve as staff left us hanging and waiting without apologies.

The hotel is good in the middle of the city with good facilities, the price is quite affordable

I stayed here for about a week and really enjoyed the upgraded breakfast/cocktail reception in the evenings. This was well worth the 40 SG per night, especially if you would like a drink or two in the evening. Keep in mind that this hotel is in a touristy area and I would recommend venturing out of this area to some of the local sub divisions to try food, and experience the local culture.

Dinned at straits kitchen for buffet lunch. Serves "atas" local cuisine ranging from malay, chinese and indian cuisine. Duck with rice was really nice. The duck just had the right amount of sweetness after adding a particular sauce to it. They also serve fruit juices.

Since it's in the heart of the city one can commute very easily
And you are living in the malls literally

Located Right at the intersection of two happening roads in Singapore this is the place to be in. Best for accommodation if not bound by budget. Palatial suites and their upkeep impressed me the most, although there is a bit of scope for improvement in the restaurant by the pool.

Clean and not too busy. Customer service is very professional.

Wired internet does not work, the second time I've notice it. Found a condom wrapper in the bedroom when I checked in. Staff is friendly, or at least appears so. Step out and the crowd will overwhelm you, almost to level if suffocation.

Convenient location, spacious room and warm staff. Breakfast was also good. Enjoyed a lot and satisfied.
