Room is spacious, very nice and helpfull staff, wifi available and very high speed internet connection. Location isclose to the Orchard road, plaza and mall. Breakfast not including during my stay. If you need hang out and enjoy need just walk to the next building. Room rate is expensive for traveller but you will get all you need here. Room condition and situation is available on picture below. Payment method can be using either debit card or credit card. Recommended place to stay during in Singapore. Compliment drinking water is more than enough.

I had a great time at this hotel. It is truly an oasis within the most crowded part of Singapore - orchard road. Once you step away from the crowd and enter this hotel, you are met with a blanket of peace and quiet. It is such a luxurious More

Our family booked this hotel for a vacation to celebrate our parents anniversary. The hotel was disappointing from the word go! Check-in took ages. Since we would arrive somewhat ahead of check-in time and were traveling with elderly people we had requested before arriving that at least one of the two interconnected rooms we had booked be made available to us. We did get one and then the wait for the other room was interminable, finally getting it past 430 pm and that too after calling reception a couple of times!! And this was just the beginning. Room service was astoundingly slow, the staff at breakfast were indifferent: regularly running out of pancake batter or dim sums or what have you...and this was bang in the middle of breakfast hours: not even at the end. One particular "chef" at the egg counter ( I think his name was Mushtaqiya?) shouldn't even be in the service industry. Absolutely slow, completely indifferent to the queue building up at his counter and incompetent to boot. Someone should tell him he isn't doing guests a favor by making them eggs. To top off this goddawful experience, I happened to ask at the waffle counter if they would be replenishing strawberries anytime soon and was asked " how many you want?" Apparently they had a box tucked away somewhere and were rationing! I was so taken aback I didn't know what to say. The Grand Hyatt people!!! Also they had mentioned to me during check in that they would be doing something special for our parents anniversary. Well " special" was a slim box of chocolates and a business card brought up by their manager. And this was after I called reception on D- day to tell them we were going out to the anniversary dinner and was wondering if they had forgotten about it completely. Only thing in this hotels favour: large rooms. We stayed here 8 days. Never again!!!!

Situated in the heart of the shopping district, the Grand Hyatt is surrounded with many dining and revreational options. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is larger than most within the area and has a selection of restaurants to choose from. Service was good, there were staff on hand whenever you needed.

Had lunch at Straits Kitchen Restaurant. It was buffet style, with lots of local food varieties to choose from. There is a Malay, Indian and Chinese food section, as well as quite a good selection of local desserts. It's a good place to bring foreigner friends to try the variety of food available in Singapore. I especially enjoyed the fresh crayfish, rojak, popiah, nasi padang and the pulut hitam. Environment was also excellent.

The facilities are very modern with contemporary appeals. The services are good and some of the staff are elderly and they are very efficient too. The toilets are clean and pleasant to use. Staff are very polite certainly knowledgeable. The downside I can find is they got a very old car park which is not good . There is a long jammed for the car to leave . Taken half an hour for this and is unacceptable.

Grand hyatt Singapore is located on scotts road. This is quite close to the orchard in the center of the city. Location wise its great.
The hotel building from the outside is nice with modern touches.
The entrance and welcome are is good. The lobby is grand and gives you a feeling of coming in a luxurious property.
The staff is very professional. They give you a feeling if being welcome as they are very friendly.
The rooms are cozy but comfortable.
The gym is quite large with all the equipments and instructors.
Loved the pool area.
The buffet breakfast was luxurious with many choices and the taste was great.
Outside due to its central location you can easily visit the nearby shopping areas.
Grand hyatt singapore is a well located good property in Singapore.

Excellent stay as usual. However, I just realised access to any floors does not require the key card access except for level 15 and 16. I think elevator access to any hotel room floors should be control using key card access regardless of what time of the day it is. Otherwise, Grand Hyatt is always the first choice for my place to stay when in Singapore

I had mixed feelings about the service here. While some of the staff were extremely cordial some were not. I was really not happy with my check-in process. Even though I was Hyatt loyalty member the treatment was abismal. They were like they're doing a service to me by letting me stay there. Next time I will choose a different hotel.

Very convenient because it is in downtown Orchard. Easy to get to Chinatown, Little India or City Hall by subway. Atmosphere that hotel is very beautiful and calm. The room and the bathroom are large and very good.

The hotel location is just absolutely wonderful. It is surrounded by shops and restaurants. However, the hotel looks dated, and the gym is ridiculously far away in an adjacent building. The breakfast served in the club lounge was average at best. The room's ceiling is very low and depressing, which is normal considering the age of the building. I didn't enjoy my stay that much. There are much better hotel options in the same area.

Mezza9 wining and dining is a must-go for foodies. Asian and international foods are worth your trip there. Martini bar is recommended after dinner. I recommend Apple Martini, with fresh apple juice. Normal selection of wines and whiskeys. Tom Yum Soup for your starter to get the taste buds ready!
