The venue is elegant and the service is thoughtful. They are young and handsome waiters.

Nice central hotel off Orchard Road shopping belt but facilities and rooms are a little dated.

Had wedding lunch in Grand Residence. Good food and helpful staffs!

The picture was well taken. But the fountain on the ground had seen better days. A well rounded hotel for business travellers

The breakfast was disappointing. due to Covid-19 there was no buffet which is understandable. unfortunately everything we ordered was just not nice. Cereal soggy. Porridge, so watery could not eat. croissants cheap. Coffee was nice and the fresh orange juice

Great hotel.. lives upto its name.. Nasi Goreng on room service was amazing :-)

Professional services and perfect location right in middle of town. Near Mrt and public transport too.

Grand Hyatt Hotel is a 5 star hotel and is very beautiful hotel. I like their lobby when walk in it gave me a very comfortable feeling. They provide quality services either you are in the receptionist counter or in your hotel room. Staffs are polite and always gave a smile while they are serving their guest. Fantastic and excellent

Having a drink at the Martini Bar of the Grand Hyatt was a nice experience! The atmosphere is cosy, the service is good and the range of martinis offered makes each guest find its dream drink! Experience to definitely renew next visit in Singapore !

Went to straits kitchen. It's a great buffet to experience local fare with great variety.

Had latte there the other day. If you need a nice location to chill out , the cafe here is awesome. Best of all, not crowded .

Come here for the restaurants. Really really good food. Service is awesome too. Their all pretty happy, love to see things done proper. We loved it here. The kids always love to come here for the scones and jam.

Do have a plan though, as there are so many good stuff here, it takes lots of time to go through all of it.

My latest involvement are mainly with the banquet staff, as I assist my brother in his wedding preparations. I can't recall their names, but there was this particular Chinese/Thai waitress I believe with very long hair, neatly tied in a bun. Her attitude and dedication to the job has been one of the most highest-rated and standards that I have seen. She goes above and beyond to engage the patrons, to assist when needed to and to provide the necessary space and privacy when the patrons needed. I believe these qualities can never be taught and are what's necessary for any patron to differentiate the difference between good and top class service.

Our national(Kazakhstani) Nauryz celebration was held in this hotel. It was amazing! The variety and deliciousness of food couldn't have been better. It was second to none. The place is beautiful!
However there are not any mother's room, so had to improvise while changing the diapers for my niece.

We had our first wedding anniversary stay at Grand Hyatt Singapore, and we were blown away with the level of preparation that the Guest Experience Team had put in, to welcome us for the stay. Great hospitality and warm welcome to us and our newborn baby Joji! We were ushered to our room by the team, and the sight of the decors for our anniversary was really beyond our expectation!!! The Guest Experience team went all out to impress us with a personalised blanket embroidered with his name - this was really the icing on the cake for us. Grand Hyatt is definitely the hotel brand that we trust, we had our wedding reception here too, and will definitely look foward to more wedding anniversary stay with the hotel group! Great job Carmelita, Bernice and Jaydee; fantastic service level, and you guys really live up to the brand name of the Hyatt Group!!!

An amazing place to stay in Singapore at the heart of the city...great food options, facilities which includes one of the city's happening night spot BRIX..great rooms supported by a team of wonderful staff always there to help.

Strategic place, large and clean rooms. Equipment for bathing is very complete, also for drinking coffee and drinks tea.

The seats were not very comfortable. It looked and felt aged when sat on. The arrangement of the seats were totally not conducive for having a conversation as both persons were seated rather far apart. Ironically, one was closer to the next table than one's companion. Service was not fantastic as one had to wait for a rather long time to be attended to. In fact there wasn't anyone around when we walked into the cafe and had to wait for quite some time before a staff appeared and was available to attend to us

Martinis were awesome even though the martini bar was closed for renovation. A wider food menu at the bar would be much better.

I had one of the best working vacations I've ever taken and a large part of it was because of this amazing hotel. It had a good location, well designed room, and amazing lounge. I don't have a single complaint. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Singapore.

Easy access. Excellent breakfast . Easy to get taxis. Central to the shopping area.

The place was very pricy and for what we paid for our room I was disappointed.

Had Tsatu Ramen here and it was just mind blowing. One of the cheapest michellin star restaurant.

The food was not extraordinary, but i loved the art exhibits and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

They have a scrumptious buffet lunch at the Straits Kitchen at the lobby level. Halal food... local and Southern Asian food well represented.

Their Restaurants are amazing. Mezza 9 has the best cakes for values. And after 9.30 there is a half off for all cakes . And Pete's place ambiance is just Devine. Their Salad spread is just

The hotel was amazing. The room was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was amazing; it had everything we could think of. Great experience at this hotel. Highly recommended
