Hyatt Singapore Review

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, with great room service, excellent and varied restaurants, and a helpful staff! Stayed here for 7 nights for work, and enjoyed the stay.

Staff is very friendly, jokes around with the customers and go out of the way to help out with my demand

The ambience at straits kitchen was good but the variety of food was not very large.

Nice place, slightly confusing upon entry though ; had to walk around for abit before i could find the event location.

Hotel rooms nice, bar in basement terrible service with too phew bar staff, the phew staff there have poor attitude. Note, basement bar is full of hookers, so not a place to take your wife.

Location of the Hotel is excellent, you find good shopping malls nearby. the stay was very comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and the experience was very good. rooms were super clean and provided the required amenity. Breakfast spread was very good with lots of varieties of dishes. the staff was very helpful. really worth staying.

Luxury hotel on Scott Road, perpendicular to Orchard. The rooms are equipped with a leaving TV, desk + bedroom with TV, bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet ... several restaurants and tea room. Rather impersonal by cons.

Right in the city centre of orchard road. The building is a little old. Perhaps need major renovations.

great location.. great food.. room rates may vary due to availability.. for me this hotel works out perfect for everything..

Convenient location. Close to mrt and orchard road shops. Staff were all really lovely. Room was spacious and we booked the club floor which was good value as drinks are expensive in general

Classic and timeless. Destroyed by Far East Plaza and it's facade but once you're inside, it's definitely one of the more swanky hotels.

Was very grand as it name shows and the food was really nice with really high end equipments

Small room, stayed on the 20th floor, rooms could do with a update.
Pool is good but a bit of trek to get to it.
Staff is amazing though and hotel is very Central to everything which is great

Location was great. Went there for the buffet at Straits kitchen. Did not really enjoy the spread. Fish served at Malay section was not fresh, chili crabs were not fresh. The only thing I enjoyed was the dessert section. A bit pricey for the food range.. Will not return again.

The Grand Hyatt located on Scott's road, is easily accessible by MRT (Orchard) or car. We arrived as a group for their Sunday brunch, with free flowing champagne and gin amongst other selections it was a great experience. The service is extremely prompt, I don't ever recall my glass being lower than half full before being topped up. Fine selection of seafood including lobster tail and claw, oysters and sushi.

Wonderful hotel with excellent restaurants and service. We had a great time having afternoon tea at 10 Scotts.

Dined at Oasis Restaurant by the pool deck. Nice refreshing view in Orchard. The food and drinks were good. Tried the Beyond Sausage hot dog and the plant-based sausage tastes so real!

Was there to attend a wedding reception at the Gallery. It was good for about 10-12 tables of guests, and they have a large reception and bar space out in front. Banquet food is definitely something I'll highly recommend, whether it's price point or quality of the food and service. Location is also great, being in the middle of Orchard and Scotts Road. Very convenient and hugely recommended. If you're looking for an after party spot, Brix is just downstairs!

Hotel is located at the fringe of Singapore's CBD. This is important and convenient for both guests and friends to meet. Halal friendly food are available which one is hard to come by. Service staff are courteous and willing to assist when called upon.

One of the most stunning ballroom i have ever been to. Love the landscape montage by the wall. Very romantic place to hold wedding. They offer unique drinks like lychee ice tea throughout the dinner as well.

Beautiful hotel. They have a really great interior ambience and great rooms. I like how there's the soft sound of the waterfall besides the pool area all the time. Location is great. It's next to some of the best cafes and shopping malls in Singapore.

Location is very central but there is no need to pay CBD charges or ERP when driving or taking cab. It's walking distant to many orchard main shoppings. Getting transport home is a prob though

Very spacious lobby to show off the grand scale of this hotel. There is a bar downstairs that is a famous joint for solo travelers. It is centrally located with the best shops of Singapore surrounding the hotel. The subway is on very short walking distance and there is a premium cinema right around the corner. This is the hotel to stay when you want peace and tranquility in your room and a bustling shopping district right outside your hotel.

The staff are polite and the food served in the banquet are great.

5 star hotel... Great martini bar, great buffet and great basement bar... Everything you want when visiting Singapore. It's right at heart of Singapore, in Orchard and highly recommended by Master Shu

Grand Hyatt is conveniently located along Scotts Road and accessible by numerous public transport. The nearest mrt station is the Orchard Road station. Grand Hyatt also offers a few good dinning choice like the Pete's Place, Mezza9, Straits Kitchen just to name a few. One of the recommended nice place to while the afternoon away leisurely is the 10 Scotts.

Nice hotel for a wedding celebration! The panoramic projector was magnificent. I'll definitely recommend for wedding events or any event at all. Food was presented very well and it was tasty! Definitely a good experience.

Try their local buffet at level 1. if local, don't try. I don't like to waste food but it giving me a hard time. It look like local but total don't taste like
