Best Sunday brunch in town, chefs cooked particular food for the children, champagne service great, attentive staff who were personable. Can't speak highly enough of the experience. Strongly recommended.

Very good hotel for those like different varity of food

I was there on holidays with my three teenage kids, we had the best time. The staff, concierge, and housekeepers were all helpful, friendly, understanding. The Restaurant downstairs were we had our breakfast every morning was welcoming and excellent service provided by friendly staff . Rooms were cleaned everyday without fail. I would love to come back and stay here. Everything was near by and walking distance. So we had a great time. Thank you once again for making our stay pleasant.

Was at the Straits Cafe for its lunch buffet. It serves very good local delights, from Chinese to Malay and Indian cuisines. I especially enjoyed it's Hainanese chicken rice. The rice was fluffy and salted nicely with the right amount of oilyness. However, the lunch was slightly on the pricier side. For this price, one might expect more selection than what's on it's current menu.

I loved the buffet here. Different nationality foods.. I liked the Indian Chicken varieties and crab...

I was there to attend a wedding lunch. Was truly impressed by the food quality. The size of the ballroom was also good. However traffic of the area in front of the hotel is usually very busy, and the walk to the nearest train station is not sheltered.

Was there for an official meeting. Great facilities. Good ambience for meeting and seminars.

Just went for breakfast. Pity. I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. Food was good though. Chef made my fried eggs perfectly. Nice fresh juices.

I have been to hyatt many times as a dining member. I have praise for their ambience and services except this. Something has to be done with the carpark. The ramp is narrow and it smells like sewage for years.

Went here for a Sunday service. It was a great place. The place is near the MRT station. The toilet is clean. The function room is comfortable enough. Definitely will come here again for my next visit.

Went to Grand Hyatt for a site visit as we are planning a wedding. The hotel generally is beautiful, the ceilings in the ballrooms are high, and the area where guests can mingle during the pre-wedding cocktails is spacious, modern and we'll maintained. The manager who brought us around was very patient with us and answered all out questions and more. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's in orchard and is a short 5 min walk to two bus stops and orchard mrt station. Getting a taxi is convenient as well.

Little older hotel but service is fantastic. If you have club level say hello to Issac. He'd been there since the hotel was opened. The guy speaks like like 7 different languages and super nice!

Great hotel!

The location is absolutely amazing! Everything is walking distance and transportation is great, bus, mrt and taxi!

The room is very spacious and modern. The cleaning staff is great and professional. Every staff smiles and is very nice.

The room I am staying is too far from the elevator but there s nothing whoever can do because it is the design or this hotel! LOL

The swimming pool is great. It s little bit small but it s beautiful. But there s no helping staff with towels and providing water. When I stayed Conrad Singapore, there was a staff for hotel guests who used the pool.

Overall I like this hotel and I would choose this one when I visit Singapore again!

Lovely hotel. Only thing was they need to update the signage to the Grand ballroom. Had to make a bit of a detour cos the doors were locked on one end.

Good place for wedding. Pete's Place has amazing lasagna, free flow bread too. Carpark is something I wish could be better. Not so much ideal for wheel chair even though its possible.

Great customer-centric hotel on Scotts Rd, just off Orchard Road in the heart of Singapore. Perfect location for shopping, nice restaurants, cinemas, and inexpensive, but good food courts. The rooms are well-maintained. The spa, gym, restaurants and large outdoor pool are all first-rate. The employees make this hotel a pleasure.

Brunch at Mezzo 9, pretty good standard. Roast lamb and beef a highlight as well as the gin bar.
