If anyone out there is looking for bargain deals for hotels and resorts head to . made a reservation for a hotel on there and they had the lowest rates just about anywhere!

It's beautiful and classy. There is so much here to do. Restaurants and an amazing bar. The paintings, art and chandeliers are breathtaking. The hotel staff is top notch friendly and efficient. So far the best place I've been to.

Reported toilet plugged at 7:00 PM and was told it would be taken care of, came back at 11:00 PM still not fixed. Called again and was told it would be fixed, now 12:05, going to sleep and still no one has shown up.

I arrived during the rush of evening guests from the airport. Staff greeted each of us directing us the Front Desk. The check-in was smooth, with carefully placed details on the group events represented. Since I've done event planning in the past, I can say this was peobably due to staff being informed of the needs of each group and how they we could find information of events and meeting locations, the next day.

Hotel was amazing, only thing that was wrong is the restroom didn't match the size of the room. Building elevators were kind of confusing, noone explained how the key card worked so we ended up going all the way to the basement somehow and got help. Smh. Other than that amazing, close to casino, canal and burbon street, as well as food places. A must stay.

It was nice had some good food, wasn't a fan of the random false alarm fire alarm that only part of the hotel occupants heard... and the simple "sorry" for me thinking my life was in danger and walking down 20 flights of stairs... don't mind a false alarm if everyone is notified but apparently there was two nights of this and one I heard and the other I didn't. If the place was burning down...guess I'd just be dead depending on the night.

8:03 pm- So far not impressed and we have not even slept the first night here. The room had used lotion and conditioner in it. When asked to replace it, they brought more, but didn't remove the used. Highly disappointed. "Room service is on its way." I will change my review as this is handled.
New cleaning person came in around 9pm and STILL did NOT remove the nasty, used items.
It is now 12:08 am and the problem has not yet been corrected.
Fridge is a Cooler that may only get to 45 degrees. Not cold enough to prevent food poisoning.

I recently stayed and attended a conference at the Hyatt. I must say, I was quite pleased with both my room, and the staff at this location. My conference was very large, and as we all know sometimes those things can make for less than stellar situations. Stay and work easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this

I was here for a conference. Great rooms and close to many amenities. Beautiful grand conference rooms and locations perfect for pictures with a convenient Starbucks, bar and slew of restaurants within!

Very big, very modern. Spent 4 nights for the AGD convention. The gym is fantastic. It sits on the 32nd floor overlooking the Superdome. Plenty of cardio (treadmills, elypticals, bikes), free weights you to 50lbs, leg machines, cable machine, towels and headphones. Did not at the hotel bc it's within 20-30min walking distance or a short Uber ride to lots of good local restaurants. My only complaint is where the toilet paper is mounted in the bathroom. You have to be a contortionist to be sitting on the toilet and be able to access the TP.

Giant hotel that takes forever to get around. The staff were nice but we had a few issues (computers were down and nobody could check in all day, TVs stopped working the second it started drizzling outside, etc.)

Along with Hyatt's usual standard of cleanliness and pleasant staff, this hotel is just beautiful. There are quite a few very good reasonably priced eateries on the property. A well equipped exercise room is perched on the 32nd floor, affording spectacular views of New Orleans. And the automatically dispatched elevators in the atrium are a joy to ride.

This is actually one of the nicest Hyatt's I've ever stayed in - anywhere - EVER. Location is great (the streetcar stop is directly out in front of the hotel). Takes about 10 minutes to walk to Bourbon Street - or about 5-7 minutes by streetcar. The sports bar is incredible. We had a corner room with an incredible view of the Superdome. I was only in New Orleans for one night while on a cross-country trip, but I'm about 99% sure the next time I'm in the city I'm staying here. I actually tried to think of something bad to say and couldn't.

Checked in on Monday, first room they put me in smelled horrible but the very quickly moved me into another room. The staff is very friendly and will immediately put a plan into action to fix any issues you may have. The food options are magnificent. Will recommend to others.

The hotel was huge and beautiful. Really digged the electronic elevators and pool on the 5th floor roof. The only downside is there is no microwave in the rooms so you have to purchase every meal or eat cold foods for leftovers.

Just arrived and checked in. Rooms are very small and no closet space. Called guest services and got an answering machine. Location is away from French quarter. Room is clean. Bathroom is about six feet by eight feet. Hotel pool closed. No free internet except for public areas. This hotel is for convention only types. My suitcase is on top of desk. Available closet space about eighteen inches.
