HYATT REGENCY NEW ORLEANS Review

Amazing time with the team there at the Mercedes Benz Stadium across. Hotel was AMAZING AND GREAT VIEW FOR THE PRICE ... Gym located on the top roof is small but does the trick with all the equipments, just wake up early so not too many people there

Side note: Just too many convention at the same times so elevator was a nightmare so it s more of a 3.5 than a 4 but nevertheless still amazing on overall ... thank you

Amazing. Great view of the city and Superdome. Great location in the middle of everything. The staff are friendly.

Decent accommodations. The chef at 8 Block Restaurant accommodated our vegan needs wonderfully.

The interior is beautiful. And the service is nice.

Excellent hotel! The perfect mix of elegance, technology and architecture. The bathrooms and rooms remind me of the rooms found in Manhattan. Only a 15-20 min walk to the French Quarter, it is the perfect place to stay for the fun without the noise. It is a must you stay here, if at least for one night.

Travelled here all the way from VT for a convention with my friends! The hotel staff were all friendly and I was able to have them keep my luggage while I waited for them to arrive for check in.

Nice hotel... Huge, with a number of restaurant options, a Starbucks, shops, etc. Large rooms for conferences and events.

Came for a real estate conference. Top notch hotel.

This hotel executive suite is very small and the ventilation is inadequate. The sofa within the small room was dirty and the carpet floors were dirty as well. Very displeased with this location (Loyola Ave) and will think twice before booking a stay here in the future

I just want to say that the hotel is very nice but the size of the hotel and the staff to help you is very bad. It was my first time staying at this hotel and my experience was not good. It s Valentine s Day and I try to make it special but it took me almost 30 mins to find my room and the elevators someone I didn t kno had to help me I don t know if I would stay at this hotel again because of the confusion

The lobby, conference room, restaurant are fine. But the guest room is small as expected, the shower also small, and the wall is not soundproof, I can definitely hear neighbor talking. Not really satisfied

I wud suggest you stay at the hayatt!!! just saying

Very nice hotel!! Booked on a whim, and soooooo glad I did! After watching the movie Girl's Trip, I kept trying to figure out what hotel they were in because it was so beautiful. To my surprise, as soon as I got on the 3rd floor, I realized this was the hotel!!! Look at God...LOL! Great location, great service, great food! I really enjoyed my stay, and this will be the only hotel for my overnight accommodations anytime I visit NOLA.

I did not stay at the hotel as a guest but used the conference rooms. They were exceptional facilities. The lobby area is gorgeous and well maintained. Food served was excellent.

I did not stop in any of the hotel restaurants, but there was a mouthwatering display if you get bored in your conference and cannot decide what to do in the evening.

Nice hotel with great restaurants. Great view of the super dome and a walk away from anything you need French quarter or convention center.

Don t waste your money, nice hotel but cost too much to have to deal with this cigarette smoke. We have reported cigarette smoke in these rooms for two day and no resolution. I have asthma and had to smell this for the whole visit. If you have issue with cigarette smoke don t stay here

Nice place overall. Service at the hotel was good, but not great. Rates were also, good, but not great. Generally satisfied with my stay, but not overly impressed either.

Great hotel very impressive inside !! Location wise you are a bit further away from Bourbon Street and all the action but it's walkable during the day. Catch an Uber at night !!

My home away from home! Corner Suite is very spacious & has a great view! I love coming to NOLA & staying with Hyatt which is so conveniently located right by the Mercedes Benz Super Dome

Great location, excellent staff, with a great view of the Superdome. From a technical logical standpoint this hotel is superior to most others in the area; however, you will likely get lost and this hotel on your first attempt trying to navigate through it. Highly recommend asking a staff member to show you around this hotel. When we first arrived we were given a one bed room when we were supposed to have a two-bedroom. A staff member brought us our new keys and walked us to our proper hotel room. They corrected the mistake in a very timely manner.

The Sushi in the Vitascope Hall restaurant is outstanding. Over all we loved our stay here.

Was there for a John Deere dealer convention in February 2014. Really awesome hotel...big and clean. My only problem was the TV in my room. The remote kept crapping out and the TV's there are more like computers...when they lock up you're kinda screwed. Do yourself a favor and order the gumbo from the Vitascope Bar...AMAZING!!

Awesome hotel. Price was great. I wish parking had been included with the room price.

Charging for business meeting wifi when your room includes wifi is slimy

The Hyatt Regency hosted the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc's Grand Conclave. Thirty eight hundred Omega men and their families attended. With swarms of men in purple and gold, the hotel did an excellent job of meeting our needs.

Hotel itself was perfect for the conference, but the service was exceptional. Maggie at the front desk took good care of me after arriving on a redeye.

Staff was courteous, helpful, and room was clean and nice. Location was good.

Very nice hotel, but rooms and bathrooms are on the small side and showing the wear and tear. Also, the catering team was late to our function and decided it was a good idea to come in during the speaker to open packets of water for replinishment.

Location is perfect for attending sporting events such as pelicans and Saints game. The hotel is extremely clean and nice. Rooms are a tad small but overall it is a wonderful place to stay

Overall my experience was very satisfactory. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room I had was in the old section which faced the Super dome and a lot of construction noise was going on and started early in the morning. The room while small was clean and basic. It did not include a coffee maker which was a big disappointment. The hotel does have a Starbucks on the 2nd floor, but I am not fond of Starbucks so missed my coffee. The 2nd day it rain really hard and the balcony filled with water and with no place to drain, I ended up with over 1" of water on the balcony that found its way into the room, so the carpet was wet the next few days. Housekeeping did not come for 2 days after my arrival. The meeting room accommodations were excellent.

This facility was all around amazing. From the check in desk to my exit all was phenomenal. The staff each and everyone of them deserves 10 stars. Hyatt is the way to go always.

Ballrooms are lovely and large. Restrooms are clean and spacious...plenty of stalls. Entertainment in the bar area was wonderful.

The water from the water tap is so soft that you belief you're lathered all the time (general new Orleans thing) and the water pressure is to low. But interior is new and high quality

Great hotel with a great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. Nice clean rooms.
