I had to fix my review. Please cancel the preauthorization charges that you said you would release!!! It s been 3 weeks. It s impossible to contact the person in charge and never picks up and never answering my voice mail.

I only visited the restaurant at this hotel. But it was worth it. Delicious tuna tartare !!! The ingredients were marrying wonderfully !! The atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. The staff is friendly and is very friendly. Nobody is trying to put pressure to sell anything, even if there is a busy bar. Very good experience.
A very comfortable, well appointed hotel. A large bar and good room service menu, give you a couple of options for an evening; but why stay in, when the delights of Montreal are right outside!
I didn t stay at the hotel and now refuse to book a stay because of very rude customer service. I spoke to 4 different people on the phone, the first 2 weren t able to answer any my questions, the third one was completely rude and the last one was the person physically sitting at The reception of the hotel who seemed like he was woken up from his beauty sleep.
To any of the management team seeing this, please note that it is because of the rude employee representing Double Tree by Hilton that I am now considering ANY other hotel.
Wanted to have an early morning breakfast at the hotel, then I decided to head to the food court at Complexe Desjardins, I will not pay $28.95 for a hotel breakfast buffet. Thank God for the food court down stairs. These hotels should stop being greedy, and I mean really"money hungry" greedy, shame on you!

A very well located hotel that I highly recommend. Everything is clean and well laid out, the rooms are spacious, the view is nice and the staff is really friendly. Great stay!

The twin bedroom was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was more than simple. It was close to the Old Port, and I enjoyed riding with Big Sea. Notre Dame Cathedral was also good.
We went to this hotel for an evening, the food was excellent and the staff very attentive. The room was perfect. The mattresses and pillows of the Hilton chain hotels are always "Wow"!
We enjoyed the jazz festival in a nice location. Also, the room was clean and comfortable. At breakfast, the staff were wonderfully kind and remembered the taste of drinks, and I and my children enjoyed breakfast every day. Thank you very much.
Very nice place, indoor and outdoor bar, access to the indoor pool with massage, very beautiful seen on the place of arts and various shows. Warm atmosphere and qualified staff to give good service.
Hotel was stunning - staff were brill - pool was amazing. The rooms were brill and spotless. Id definetly stay here again as it was also in the centre of everything. Just generally brilliant all over
