I didn t stay at the hotel and now refuse to book a stay because of very rude customer service. I spoke to 4 different people on the phone, the first 2 weren t able to answer any my questions, the third one was completely rude and the last one was the person physically sitting at The reception of the hotel who seemed like he was woken up from his beauty sleep.

To any of the management team seeing this, please note that it is because of the rude employee representing Double Tree by Hilton that I am now considering ANY other hotel.
