Very nice restaurant and staff. Front desk staff and valet were also 5 star. Room was very good, 4 stars. My only complaint was house keeping. Why a guest at this level of hotel would need to ask for shampoo and conditioner each day during a 4 day stay is beyond me. 2 stars for housekeeping.

We attended a marriage conference hosted by Family Life. Unfortunately we did not stay. However, the services, amenities and access to shops and options for food was extensive. Very satisfied. There's a Starbucks inside that has great staff with good personality and atmosphere. The hotel itself was very well maintained, updated and clean.
It was our first time in Louisville, and we're definitely going to stay here again when we come back. The staff was very friendly, even upgraded our room to the top floor with a beautiful view of the city. After exploring Fourth Street Live and the Riverwalk, we came back to the hotel and ordered room service from Sway, the restaurant downstairs. Dinner was fantastic and reasonably priced. No complaints about the room either, everything was modern and very clean. Definitely an awesome place to stay and explore Louisville.

Called the hotel to verify that their amenities would be open during the pandemic only to arrive and everything is closed. No restaurants/bar/pool/breakfast/room service/etc. You have to pay for everything. There was a whole in the wall by the window when we checked in and they blamed my husband and I for it and charged us. Plus they were kinda snobby when we checked and and seem surprised we had a reservation
Their conference rooms were very big and perfect for the occasion they were used for.

The bed was hard, woke up very sore! The phone didn't work and could not order room service or call down for extra blankets. The pool has a 5 person limit, was filled with children. Pool closed at 10 PM instead of offering adult only swim time. Coffee stains on the floor and cracked ceiling bathroom. Disappointed for the price! :(
The lobby was very inviting. Looking down from the top floor is a must.

Stopped in the attached Starbucks and even though the line was long it moved quickly thanks to the efficient friendly service provided by the Baristas.

Hotel looks dated on the outside, but the inside is lovely and the rooms are fresh and modern with glass showers and big windows. Stayed for an anniversary and they provided us a treat, very nice. And parking was affordable and easy without valet service. I would say the mattress was a little lacking, but a value for a higher end property overall.
Stayed in Sept during the CES conference. Beautiful room/ view/ service. Would come again!
The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. There was a slight mix up with the room situation and the number of beds needed but they accommodated it with reducing the cost.

Guest Services is something to be desired. Hotel itself was in great shape and rooms were amazing. This hotels location is by far it's best benefit. Within walking distance of all the great attraction in downtown Louisville. Literally across the street from Fourth Street Live.
Reasonably priced via priceline and even Google! I appreciate the technology upgrade and information available on tv! (Old people love Hyatt hotels... tell them at check in where to find the information lol it took me a minute! Haha) facility was clean, employees for the most part were friendly and accommodating (hard to find people that care about their jobs in ky) 1 flaw.... no bleu cheese stuffed olives for martinis

There is a brand new Starbucks here and the lobby bar and restaurant are good. I believe most of the rooms were renovated in recent years. Don't let the exterior style throw you off.

They initially messed up our reservations and charged an extra $800 to the card used for the room, they took it off but they didn't even realize they did that until we asked what happened. Since they took a good hour to get checked in, the front desk said they paid our parking for us. HOWEVER, when we checked out and left the machine charged me for parking and I had to pay it to get out of the garage, go BACK into the hotel and wait in line to get my money refunded.
The rooms were okay but most certainly not $300+ a night nice. The beds were clean but didn't have fitted sheets just a regular one tucked in over the mattress. VERY WEIRD. There was no pillow top or down anywhere on the bed and the mattresses were very firm.
Our refrigerator was completely dead in the room and they had to send someone up to fix it. The bathroom was clean and looked nice. Shower work just fine.
I would definitely not come back to this hotel, it seemed like the girls training at the front had no clue what to do and you can get WAY more comfortable beds at a cheaper hotels. The only positive is how close it is to fourth street live.
We came here on a whim and stayed only 1 night. This place was very elegant and convenient. We were on the 11th floor and the views were so amazing. The front desk did let us know that the parking garage charges 10 dollars a night, which is less than Uber to 4th Street. Also this place is literally steps from 4th Street live. The only downside was the room is a bit on the small side but the bed was comfortable, I slept and dreamt well.
The front desk staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast Buffet was great. The fruit was so fresh and delicious. We will certainly be back.

Majority of the staff is awesome however I was not not only discriminated against but treated very unfairly by a member of the AM security staff. I would strongly discourage other travelers of color to consider other locations. I also will be seeking legal counsel due to the issue.

Clean, friendly staff, nice gift shop,located right on Fourth Street with all the local restaurants and shops. Parking in the garage is a little difficult, when you first arrive as there are one way streets and no signs to tell you how to get there.
It's a nice place, they don't have free wifi and only three elevators for a huge building.
Rooms are nice and clean. There is a bar with a great Bourbon infused beer. The hotel is well located. Just wish there was continental breakfast.
