We got to the resort on a Friday afternoon for 2 nights with 3 families, we got the 1 BR vila . We had a great time with the kids at the pool and the slides and service was amazing. We had a little issue with one of the Villas but Sonja Chase , one of the managers was terrific and she immediately helped and we couldn t expect for more. Service is service- Sonja made sure that our satisfaction level will remain 5 star. Thanks Sonja, we will be back soon

I was checking in significantly before the standard check in time and the hotel staff was able to get me a room that was already prepared and didn't make any complaints or comments about my earliness. Since my stay has began, every staff member I've walked by has greeted me and the overall experience has been great.

This was a terrible experience. I will not ever stay there again or recommend. First of all they put to adult people on the floor with kids and dogs. In the bar they charged us a up charge for a large party and we were just two. Not for me.

Good resort in Indian Wells

Good resort in Indian Wells

You can get a Villa, which are special suites sprinkled around the resorts pool area. The Villas have a Butler service. Butler's will help with random things, mostly golf cart rides. Some of the Villas have a hot tub in the back, our kids jumped in five minutes after getting in the room. On the weekend there is a breakfast buffet, which the family loved. At the pool they have lots of activities for kids: bicycles, ping pong, foosball, lots of pools. Weekends have a Fun Guy at the pool who puts on kids activities every hour or so: Cheeto toss, Oreo challenge, stuff which kids like and they get sugar prizes. Food at the hotel was pretty good, we ate there most days.

Great family friendly resort, lots of activities, stay in a Villa and enjoy your own hot tub at night.

I stayed here in June 2018 for the first time for a work trip and it was breathtaking! The views, the countless pools, the walking trail, the gym, absolutely stunning! The conference room was definitely adequate, well lit and perfectly set up. Our meeting was catered for 3 days and the food was just perfect! The staff was very professional and courteous. I'd love to return here again soon to enjoy the numerous amenities with my family.

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The sites where amazing from the room to the Restaurants. We where here in the summer and last weekend, I think this weather is a little better, its not as hot.The service is top of the line and as easy and peaceful as it gets. From the moment you arrive with their polite valet parking staff. Everything was very enjoyable and spotless clean. I am sorry but I cant think of anything wrong about this piece of paradise, NOT even the price. their prices are pretty good and they offer corporate discounts. you should definitely stay here for a nice get away.

Whether it be the Hyatt or the Renaissance, Indian Wells is where you should stay when in the Palm Springs area. Great spas for the ladies, great gokf for the golfers, and great pools for the entire family.

Very nice resort with service that is above and beyond. Beware, there is a $25 fee that is charged to your account for EACH NIGHT that you park a vehicle on the property, this applies to you even if you re a guest there is no free parking period. We were not told this until we discovered the fee in our transaction history. Drinks and food are priced at reasonable levels. Pool facilities are great and have good service.

I used to think of this place as the best resort evet but this time we visited here with a todler and here are my reasons to give a 4.6 rating hotel a 2 star! The room we were given had 2 steps in it and when we brought it up front desk said ut is what it is! Our room is fronting the main entrance and windows were not sound proof, the lawn mowing service started work around 8am and went along until 4pm, so if you are staying in the room for some reason this is super-inconvenient and the front desk was: it is what it is again! We ordered in room services and the chicken was raw and not cooked that you could not bite properly. Also the pool front is exteremly hazardous and unsafe for adults and kids, you will find detached stacks of stone or concrete pieces spread around the pools! Keep your heads down when walking !

The Food and Beverage manager (FBM) is the most un...

The Food and Beverage manager (FBM) is the most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with in the hospitality industry. My wife and I were super excited to take our 3 year old to this property and thought it would be a great family resort. Some of the aspects are great, unfortunately for us there were a few aspects that stuck out in a very negative light. We purchased a 3 night package that included breakfast. Now this "breakfast included" concept was very vague on paper, so we asked upon check in where we were told that its a $30 credit per person - which is very generous in my opinion. The following morning, the server asked if we cared for a mimosa, which prompted a question if whether or not alcohol was included. (Needless to say, upon check in - the front desk didnt explain that it was only a credit for food.) Our server seemed fairly sure that the $30 credit was just a credit taken off the bill. So of course we had mimosas! And did for the next 3 days as well. Had we known the credit didnt include alcohol, we would have not explored this selection on the menu as much as we did.
Upon check out, we noticed that our breakfast was still around $50 per day. Longer story short, my wife had a very unpleasant conversation with the FBM who kept repeating that their policy is that the credit was to be used toward food only - The point of the phone call was to point out that this information (policy) was not explained to us, nor could we find it in writing..hence the multiple questions to the staff. When my wife's persistence to get FBM to see the discrepancy with the F&B policy, she became agitated when with him and told me that he said some "very condescending things to her regarding the complaint". The conversation then got even more heated when my wife pointed out that my sons raft was stolen the first day of our trip (not to be returned), which forced us to get a new one on the second day. Unfortunately for us, 1 of the 2 family pools close due to another guest irresponsibly allowing their kid to poop in the pool. I guess the guest who stole our raft felt like their resort fee entitled them to take other peoples property. Our resort fee entitled us to misinformation and a closed pool. FBM laughed at her and refused to see our perspective... Sad. She then began to mention the fact that some of the other guests felt like it was appropriate to bring their own coolers and portable speakers to play unfavorable music pool side, while the rest of the guests were forced to just deal with trash talk and trashy behavior. He then told her she was being "discriminatory" and ALL GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO BRING COOLERS AND PLAY THEIR OWN MUSIC - However, the POLICY stated on the pool gate states the exact opposite.
FBM is an ASS! . This hotel needs to get their Policies more clearly outlined for all guests to help avoid discrepancies. The original phone call was made out of principal..were talking about maybe $60 in adult beverage charges and a $12 extra parking fee...no big deal. The unprofessionalism of FBM left such a poor taste in my mouth and this review was finally put out because I then learned that the FBM hung up on my wife and was sure that she was put on speaker for the rest of the office to hear the conversation and she told me she "heard a woman laughing (at her) in the background. 1 out of 5 HRIW - poor hospitality management POLICY.

Expect perfection! The staff, accomodations, service, and amenities could not have been any better. Not a cheap holiday, but worth every penny. Lots of pool space including adults only area, and walk to the golfing, and spas at Indian Wells. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Nice property conveniently located in palm springs. Close to restaurants. Unfortunately did not stay long enough to try the golf course but it looked very nice. Excellent fitness center. Roomy batthrooms. Comfortable beds.

Nice, big rooms with a large modern bathroom. The pools are great for families and there is an adults-only option. There are lots of activities and many food options throughout the resort including close-by to the resort.

The facilities are nice and the pool area is beautiful. There are a ton of activities and games that kids and adults can play in the kids strikes them. Food at the pool side restaurant is good and reasonably-priced.

The room was pretty but the quality of care taken to keep the room tidy was sorely lacking. I used a summer blanket from the box in the closet and it stank of the previous occupant's Cologne. The packets of sugar and condiments that were with the complimentary coffee and tea were fused together. Obviously, they hadn't been changed in a very long time.

There was area in the room that was not clean. I'd have expected better service from a hotel chain with the reputation this one has.

Staff is so nice, rooms are nice, food is good, and the concierge and front desk are extremely helpful. I would most definitely stay here again. The cool part was when it rained, there was a raging river with rapids out on the golf course, which my room was facing. I feel bad for them though because the course was probably going to be closed for a long time and cost a ton of money in repairs.
