Attended an event here. Resort is nice but parking lot says $5 per day, not unreasonable but it's actually $5 every time you go in and out. Adds up if you're leaving for meals rather than eat at their overpriced venues.

Deicent rooms very clean with a 2 level layout with a Nice bathroom and refrigerator which was a plus. Only thing I didn't like is that only small iron divide separates the balcony from your neighbors so no privacy at all and you can see the whole floors occupants of they are also enjoying the view so it was a bit disappointing.

We loved our stay here! We came for a conference and stayed 2 nights. The staff were helpful and welcoming, the rooms were excellent. We booked 3 rooms for our group, 2 king sized rooms and a double queen. They were spacious and wonderful. A great surprise!

It's always very nice stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Aqua Serena spa services are pricey. Room was little dated. Nicest thing that the pool does not allow kids, so there no screaming around! Their very nice restaurant was closed I guess for renovation. But they have Agave Sunset lounge /not much to eat, mostly coctails, but they had Indian Wells vegan wrap with mushrooms eggplants hummus - delightful!/ and had live entertainment.

It's a Luxury Resort Hotel that really caters to everyone. I was nice to enjoy but the costs is not feasible for regular working individuals unless you are invited by a company or conference.

Room gradually became hotter over the duration of our stay. We did not feel like packing up all our stuff and moving. On our last night as the temperature of the room worsened we decided to look at the filter on the air conditioning unit. We found it to be completely froze up due to the lack of maintenance on the air filter that had not been changed for over a year. Very unsatisfied.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Everywhere smells incredible. I wish I could make my home smell that great! Really nice pools with very attentive staff. If you visit the pool, I highly recommend renting a cabana as they have fridges, outlets, and all sorts of great amenities inside. The rooms are also immaculate. If you visit here, I recommend going on a weekend as they have the BEST breakfast buffet in the world. If you go during the week, order the chiliquilles... oh. my. gosh. To die for. BEST I have ever had

Stayed at this location 3/11 - 3/13 with the understanding that services would be limited due to COVID, however, upon arriving found the hotel to be a skeleton. No food service is available after 10pm and nothing is really anywhere nearby to walk or catch a cab/Uber. Staff is almost impossible to find. One person running the whole desk and had to try to call multiple times in a row to get anyone.

The room, same thing. Absolute skeleton, not even water (complimentary or available for purchase). In-Room coffee machine shrink wrapped to a point it was stuck but even after that, no water for the machine and one coffee pod.

Furniture has been removed through majority of the hotel, spa is closed, and gym is closed even with ample room and state approval for outdoor (and now indoor). Pool same thing, almost no staff to be found and a hunt for towels.

I'm all for safety but the extreme that this Marriott far surpassed any property I have been to during the pandemic. Yet a resort fee is charged. If you choose to be open and operate, my strong recommendation is advise your guests properly, provide them adequate items to still feel comfortable, and a level of service (or any staff). Otherwise simply stay closed till the pandemic has cleared.

Overall disappointing and uncomfortable environment that nearby hotels and resorts have found to balance well for guests during this time.

Disappointed. Over priced. I've stayed at other resorts in the area that I enjoyed much more for less money. Room felt outdated, tub didn't drain, mattress was completely shot, pool area felt small, bar food selection not too great and expensive, breakfast was terrible (no hot eggs or meats).

Great hotel. Lots of pool areas with an adult pool area. The property is big so be prepared for some walking. We stayed at the villa and all details are on point. Not the newest hotel (such as aria in Vegas) but you will feel very comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful. Clientele a bit on the older side with some families. We visited during late Oct.

This is just a wonderful place for a little R&R We try to visit this beautiful property at least once a year or more. We're here for four days celebrating our 31st Wedding Anniversary. Can't think of anywhere else in Southern California (except home in San Diego) we would rather celebrate our happiness. Everyone here is spectacular at their positions on property, and always makes us feel welcomed. Thank You Hyatt Regency, Indian Wells for all you do

Well, see we are here again celebrating our 32nd A little warmer this year, a nice 112 degrees yesterday and today! I promise, you won't be sorry! Your getaway awaits

Stayed here for my honeymoon and couldn't be happier. The architecture and grounds are beautiful, and all the amenities from the in-room toiletries to the network of pools are first-rate. But what really made the place special was the loveliness and hospitality of the staff, who went above and beyond to take care of us on our honeymoon. Every one took the time to introduce themselves and chat - even Fawks the Hawk, who took a break from his duties working with the grounds crew for a selfie!

If I could make one suggestion, it would be to add some resources about hiking, biking, climbing and other desert activities to the concierge desk. There are some great opportunities for adventurous travelers nearby who want a more vigorous excursion.

We stayed for 4 nights over New year's, 2 adults and 2 kids. The bottom line is we don't recommend this place. The good: the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a king bed and we used the sofa bed too. The bathroom was also spacious. So, rooms get 5 stars. The staff was also outstanding. Super friendly and helpful every time. The ok: there was only one restaurant which was pretty good but kind of expensive and some more variety would have also been nice. The not good: it felt like someone was trying to squeeze money out of us. Parking was 23.5 a day. It's not like you can park anywhere else or get there without driving so this feels opportunistic and not honest. Drinks at the bar were also too expensive and since it's kind of remote, you can't walk to another bar. There were also some quirks with the restaurant (an espresso for 6 bucks, the most expensive I've ever encountered, a quarter of an avocado as a side for four bucks). Then, one day before we left someone though our reservation ended and disabled our keys so we had to 'prove' we had a reservation, spend time getting the keys reactivated etc just to have them cancelled again the next morning. The pools were nice but not heated properly and the place is a bit far from all the restaurants and attractions in the area so you drive a lot or spend time in the hotel with limited options.
Overall the facility is nice and the staff is outstanding but I will probably try to find another place to stay next time I'm in the area.

I do not want you guys to hide all the fees. You need more transparency when we are booking. I do not like the surprise on the day of check in. Resort fee 30$ plus parking per night. All of that amounted to over $100 in hidden fees.
