Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa Review

Great customer service! Heated pool through out most of the day. My wife loved her spa. Happy to add this resort to our vacation list.

Nicole Fernandez is the best worker there when she was running the spa ?

The grounds are lovely and the staff are friendly. Weekends are very busy, to the point of not feeling safe. Make sure to go on a weekday....

Excellent hotel.

I stayed here in early November 2017. I stayed here on business.

The rooms are large, clean, and set up well. Small things like the way the bathroom was setup, the large TV with separate living area and in-room Starbucks made the stay very comfortable.

Friendly staff, no issues. I will definitely come back and bring friends. A+ resort.

One of the MOST gorgeous places I have ever stayed in in my life!!!! The hotel itself was gorgeous, and I loved the Oasis pool and bar. Dave out there is so great!!!

Beautiful setting, staff was friendly, clean pools and a nice out door seating lounges if weather permits. Older Hyatt property but nicely renovated and kept up.

The hotel is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. The pool area is great and include many other activities such as mini-golf, badminton, and other games.

It's upscale enough to enjoy Indian Wells & 9 or 8 holes of golf or the driving range next door. The pool is Okay but the Renaissance Esmerelda's pool is nicer. The customer service from the Valet, Bell People, Front Desk & Restaurant/ Cafe is very nice. I wish there were Microwaves in the rooms, with the fridge. Water was meant to be chilled & snacks doesn't always mean room service. Nonetheless, HYATT REGENCY is a comfortably nice resort.

Our family stayed through Christmas 2018, Dec 20-27. Our room was very spacious, we had 1 King bed; our sleeping space and living space separate and we had our own private balcony that over looked the hotels main entrance. Our son loved watching the fountains from our balcony, and the rows of palm trees were amazing! The hotel is so beautiful, the staff are accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet at Lantana was delicious, and room service was on par. Make sure you make time for a pool day and a margarita or two! Food at Oasis is really good too! Pool area is very kid friendly, if traveling with smaller children 0-2 there is a 1ft deep pool and a waterslide. Tons of walking trails and golf course on site. Mama's, make time for a spa day at Agua Serna Spa!! I got a 50 min incredible massage. When you buy a service you can spend the whole day there. This hotel has everything you need, and if not everything is close in palm springs. We had an issue with our key card getting out of the parking lot, and thankfully Daniel Cunningham helped us get out and the problem rectified at the front desk. Turns our he was the property manager or maybe the owner and sent us a lovely bottle of wine for our troubles. Thank you so much sir, that was a very nice gesture. So lets talk about Christmas there, Santa comes for a visit and pictures, we even had breakfast with him one day, the weather was +24 Celsius, there are some cute Christmas photo ops on the trails, there was a games room and crafts, free hot chocolate in the lobby and so on. Book your Christmas dinner when you arrive or you will not get a seat. We missed out unfortunately and had to book across the way at the renaissance. That was our fault for not booking sooner. Oh an I just remembered there is a night mini put and driving range area on site, we didn't get a chance to play but we checked it out and it looks really cool! By far one of the best vacations we've had. Stay here! You will not be disappointed.

3 night stay very comfortable and spacious rooms. Nice view of the golf course. Very handy location for great restaurants and nearby shopping. Couple of items not making it a 5 star stay. Air conditioner for the room is quite noisy when running. Also not a fan of not only "resort fees" but also 12 bucks a day to self park and 27 for valet.

Nice venue for a conference. Police everywhere for ASEAN summit. Some heads of state staying here.

It is a beautiful hotel to rest, very cozy. It has a beautiful golf course and 8 and divine pools. You can not miss it

If anyone out there is searching for bargain deals for hotel rooms browse through . reserved a resort on there and they had the best rates just about anywhere!

Clean and beautiful setting. A little dated but very much a vintage vibe with pictures of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnez all over in addition to other stars of that area. The breakfast was really good. Would recommend to a friend.

Meet my sister here for a 50th and it was fabulous! The manager helped me surprise my sister! It was unforgettable!!

During the lockdown this is the most happening place in SoCal and we travel every weekend somewhere new and this year this is the best place

Very well appointed, nice service. Perfect - except for the one thing: The "hot" pool was tepid at best. I left.

Hotel is as you know. Best of best. Staff was great. And room was big..pool was perfect. I really recommend this hotel.

Pool is awesome! Breakfast is good, but too expensive compared to Vegas buffets, bathroom tub is small for a resort.

Had a pretty good stay here. Bartender's and live music were good in the early evening. DJ at the pool was a bit much.

Loved everything. The adult pool had so many people at it, we couldn't get a chair. Also, the restaurant could stand a bit of menu expansion. Other than that, I loved our stay!!

The instant we walked into the hotel lobby we were greeted by Jacob who is amazing! He was so kind and extremely professional/knowledgable. He helped my husband and our dog and I check in expeditiously and then shuttled us to our villa. Michael was our butler and the way he was with our dog and with us was beyond compare. The service and staff are amazing and there's no other place we would rather stay during our visit to Palm Springs!

Great service. Was hoping for a great recreation game area that I was reading about but it was very small. Most activities are good for small children. We still had a great time lounging around.

Great spa and hotel location. AND it had Tesla chargers. Free fuel!

We recently participated in this dog friendly restaurant's soft opening and enjoyed the experience. We were given the opportunity to try a number of menu items.

The meyer lemon margarita was an interesting twist on a margarita served with flake salt on the rim.

The thai chicken salad was delicious and had a slight kick. The butternut squash soup was also good and not too sweet.

Very clean with great staff. Lots of stuff for kids to do but also has cool adult only areas. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, but be prepared for the daily $30 resort fee and daily $23 overnight parking fee. We weren t expecting that. Otherwise, a peaceful, beautiful area.

The location and the resort were absolutely beautiful.

Amazing place!!! Loved it the best chicken wings in the valley hands down! The agave sunset lounge menu is awsome and the whole vibe was great! Had a local band Avenida playing setting the mood . Fun , hip, place to be!

Beautiful property just East of Palm Springs, the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells presents a welcoming setting boasting an emerald golf course, spa, and So cal cuisine. Penthouse suites offer views of the course and a gorgeous mountain backdrop. [Joshua Tree nearby] Cordial pool service and bike rentals for use on and off property are managed from the main pool entry outside near elevators. There are multiple pools and activities posted daily. Newspapers complementary for pickup near concierge and golf reservation center alcoves. A lovely respite.

Went over Christmas. Best Christmas buffet we ever had! Winter is wonderful in the desert! Hotel has a cool little swim and water fun area!

Clean rooms but a bit noisy near the pools from people coming and going. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Resort is kid friendly with separate pools, bikes, swimming kits, and pack and plays on request. Rooms have a ton, safe, coffee maker, and mini fridge.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was so friendly and the facilities very nice. The have a handful of pools, activities everyday, and even play a movie by the pool on Saturday nights. Will definitely be back!

I stayed here for coachella. Honestly I was here more than the music festival. I walked the golf course, its so pretty. Its a relaxing, gorgeous escape. The staff was nice. The prices are pricey, but your on vacation so why not splurge a little. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Outstanding facility, great staff, Dog friendly, perfect pool for family with kids, and a nice quite pool for adults. Great golf and tennis facilities.

The service is great. Rooms are very clean. Had a room with a pool view and I little seating area outside a sliding door. The service at the pool is great. The food is amazing. Highly recommend this place for a mini vacation

Many outdoor activities for both adults only and families. Facilities for working out and playing tennis are top notch. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would come again to play the golf course.
