Orbus Exhibit & Display Group Reviews

I had an awesome experience with Orbus. We ordered our display through a local company (Indy Displays in Indianapolis) and it was manufactured by Orbus. We had an issue with a couple creases in our graphic and it also didn't fit exactly right. Our local rep from Indy Displays made arrangements to send the graphic back to Orbus for repair or replacement. I was a little hesitate because our biggest conference of the year was just three weeks away, but my local rep assured me he would make it happen. Unfortunately, after providing me with a shipping label, my local rep was unresponsive. We were running out of time so I decided to contact Orbus directly. They said they were waiting on approval from our local rep, but they couldn't reach him either after several attempts. Once I explained the situation, Orbus quickly reprinted our graphic and shipped it out to us within two days, just in time for our conference. I am so thankful for how they handled the situation. Great customer service!

I've done business with Orbus for the past 5 years on a pretty regular basis. My sales rep, Margaret, is quick with quotes and very responsive. They go above and beyond making my job easier and more efficient. I'm very pleased with the quality of the products that I order. I can always trust them to complete my orders correctly and on time.

I was shocked and disappointed that Orbus screwed up my order of banner stands and is telling me that I have to track them down. I ordered 6 banners stands ( I order dozens per month from Orbus) I received only 4. I email to say I only received 4 of the 6 I ordered. I was told that the others got mixed up somehow and were now on their way to me. I then received only 1. I emailed again to say I only received one.
I was told that Orbus was sorry but if I wanted too I could file a claim against the shipper. So, essentially, Orbus is telling me they doesn't make mistakes.
