i was stay here for 2 nights, and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. the facility was awesome, really great standard as the 4 stars hotel. the breakfast is so good, even if some food need more strong taste. surely, will comeback here!

Very classy place with excellent service. Stayed here for 4 nights. It feels like a five star hotel, a bit of luxury in the middle of Bandung. Live piano music every evening, and a good choice of drinks, including alcoholic.
Breakfasts are varied, lots of local food. Dinner choices could be better in terms of local food, there are a lot of needless western options. The bread served during dinner was a bit stale, possibly leftover from breakfast. Dinner could use some improvement.
The rooms were very nice and impeccably clean. I stayed on a delux room which was not much more expensive than a normal one and had huge areas.
