I PRICELINED IT . FOR THE $70 I PAID, IT WAS AWESOME

Very good front desk customer service.
Will always be my 1st choice when I return to Memphis Tennessee. Rooms was very clean and breakfast was great.

Everything was great, except one of the rude employees that decided to ask, "Which room do you say in," while I was getting my breakfast. To make the situation worse, she proceeded to SHOUT it, instead of just coming up to me and asking instead. This highly unprofessional behavior is unacceptable in this day and age towards African Americans.

The staff is great the room is nice clean and beautiful the one option they have is to serve turkey sausage and not just pork

Clean and comfortable hotel on the quiet edge of a busy shopping and restaurant area on the northeast side of Memphis. Stayed here while traveling with two big dogs; the hotel was very accommodating. Subtracted one star because the bathroom faucet was loose and needed to be tightened where it is mounted to the counter.

Very nice room. People were very helpful and pleasent.

My experience was fantastic wonderful exciting the staff excellent excellent excellent, room service excellence, cook Staff excellent. Breakfast excellence. MO, Lauren, Jasper, Edgar, and there was another young men name we forget tall thin black young men name he the one who made the best lemon aid ever. especially MO made my experience fantastic she help us so much she is so knowledgeable about Memphis Tennessee. the place to eat to see. Thank you so much yes we will be coming back.

There isn't anything I dislike about this hotel. The workout equipment is great!

My stay was excellent, the beds were quite comfortable, but the couch bed was a bit lumpy, and the texturing on the bottom of the bath tub was a little abrasive. But having Academy sports and Tj maxx next door was nice.

Beds are comfy, pillows are amazing! And staff is always friendly! When Im back in Memphis I will be here again!

This is a cozy comfy place for you! They serve breakfast, it has a workout room and your room is always clean! Never had a problem here!

I really enjoyed myself and it was very peaceful and the front desk clerk she was very helpful and and always smiling very hospitable ...i would definitely come back again.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff went the extra mile to be friendly and provide excellent service. Breakfast was above normal standards and delicious.

Clean. (Room was spotless) Nice lobby. Polite staff. Modern atmosphere and design throughout. Beds were very soft and Comfy.

The "double room with sleeper couch" is a 3foot half divider wall. (not two seperated rooms)

For what we Paid for the hot breakfast in the morning I expected more.... Or at least the waffle iron or a pancake machine; they had a conveyor belt toaster......for bread, not even a bagel. Boo.

We had a fabulous stay! Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and the sweetest staff! Caitlyn was amazing, making sure we had everything that we needed.

Nice clean facility with lots to do in the immediate area. A FAMILY IN OUR GROUP HAD THE LOCK PUNCHED ON THEIR SUBURBAN AND THE RADIO/ NAVIGATION SYSTEM RIPPED OUT OF THE DASH. THEY PARKED ADJACENT TO THE HOTEL LOT ON THE EDGE OF ACADEMY SPORTS LOT.

The rooms are not throughly cleaned only tidied up a bit. I chose this hotel because it was close to The Lasik institute were I was going to have my eye surgery. However these rooms are not throughly cleaned only tided up. After my surgery arriving back to the hotel I was so out of it; my husband help
me put on my nightgown and get into bed. I was abruptly awaken with screaming from my children, saying there was a huge spider in our room (still drowsy and not fully aware of what s going on) my husband says we have to switch rooms. My husband puts me over his shoulder and we change rooms. I m terrified of spiders and will never stay here again! Resized_20200815_100409.jpeg

Very good service. Could use a little renovation but in general very clean and spacious.

The rooms are like most Hyatt locations, very roomy with nice amenities. The service is top notch. Always provide service with a smile and greet you on the way in and out. Getting to the hotel is a tad odd as you have to drive through a strip mall area but not a deal breaker. Easy access to highway too. Lots of chain type restaurants close by for easy eats and 15+ mins for local popular restaurants.

Amazing hotel, staff, and rooms!!!! From the moment you walk in, you will feel welcomed. You can tell the staff loves their job. The rooms are clean and huge with a 42" flat screen TV with alot of channels. The beds are really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was close to interstate 40 in a very safe area. Room rate was good. There were two beds and a pullout couch that worked great for the five of us. I will stay here again!

The staff was excellent and the rooms were very nice. The coffee cups in the room were not clean they had already been used.

Location is great and surrounded by plenty of stores and restaurants. You are a short 20-25 minute drive to downtown Memphis. The area is safe and accessible. The interior of the hotel feels a little dated but is clean. COVID-19 precautions were followed by all staff and masks are required in the common areas, however I did encounter a few guests not wearing one. Most amenities are suspended, and breakfast is grab and go bags. We made a same day reservation and our room was immediately available upon arrival. This was appreciated as the hotel parking lot was completely full. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious, and we had an enjoyable experience.

This was our first stop for hotels on our recent roadtrip and it set a pretty high standard for the rest. The room was pretty basic, but was clean, fresh and inviting. We had 2 beds and a pull out couch that fit my family of 6 perfectly. The bathroom was clean and fresh, though the shower was a little cramped and hard to stand in with a rounded bottom...but it wasn't an issue at all. The staff is what made this stay special. They were phenomenal. Friendly, accommodating and attentive. From check-in to check-out the staff wowed me every single time. The free breakfast was great with an excellent assortment of hot and cold items. One of the staff members even gave us a take out container for one of my moody kids who was refusing to get food. They made rounds before ending the breakfast ensuring every guest knew it would be ending soon and giving them the opportunity to grab more food before they shut it down. We didn't have a chance to use the pool while here as the weather was touchy, but it looked nice and clean and was outside. The area around the hotel was very safe. All in all I was impressed by the staff and that made the stay a perfect 5 stars for me. Keep up the good work!

Forgot to mention, had an issue with the air conditioning not working and a maintenence man was sent up within minutes. He was WONDERFUL. He fixed the issue quickly and even did a few extra things to ensure the unit wouldn't give us further issues. He also gave us a few recommendations on where to get real Memphis BBQ. We took his advice and I had one of the best meals of my trip. Ran into him a few times and he was friendly, waving at our family and saying hi. He even followed up to see if we tried any of the BBQ places he recommended and if we liked it. Tennessee charm at it's finest. I wish I could recall his name because he was truly wonderful.

Clean rooms great service the light was out in our bathroom and we told the desk when we went out for breakfast when we came back it was fixed with a hand written note apologizing for the inconvenience.

Upon Checking in you should tell your guests that they will be WOKE up with INSANE CONSTRUCTION NOISES! This is Unbelievable! This noise is unbearable and I will never stay here again!

Great hotel ! The staff were extraordinarily friendly ! Reminded me of a Chick-fil-A haha. The breakfast was amazing ! Not your average complimentary breakfast ! Definitely didn't taste complimentary tasted like a paid for it . The room was really spacious ! Everything was nice and clean ! Definitely will be staying here on my next visit to Memphis !! It's also right next to shopping locations and the mall! And Overall great experience !!

Place is well kept. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional.

Rooms clean. Pull out bed bonus. Had to kill ants by and on the bed, no hot tub, so-so breakfast. Flat pillows. Expected more for the price.

Nicely put together hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly. The only drawback was the loud rattling of the air conditioner unit, but since that could have been unique to the room, I left the review at 5 stars. I would recommend this hotel.

You can't ask for a better location. Restaurants,shopping center and the mall. Were all less than 0.2 miles away. The hotel it self was clean. The reason I gave it a 3 is the a/c unit in the room was noisy, refrigerator cause my watermelon, pineapple etc to stinking because it wasn't cooling. Told maintenance he said they will fix the problem. Well we stayed there 5 nights and the problem never got solved. Also the queen beds are like full size, the pillows are too soft.

There room was nice. The breakfast area very tight, too no tight for the number of people. Breakfast was very limited, more milk and juice than food.

Easy to get to from I-40, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Clean rooms, friendly staff, free breakfast.

I hung out here during the day while my friend was attending an event. The staff here are wonderful, friendly people who checked up on me frequently.

Room was spacious and fully loaded with everything you could possibly need! Had hook ups available to the tv if you wanted to stream movies, plug in as well as usb ports to charge electronics, separate sitting room with a nice couch, very clean and the beds were super comfy. Staff were all SO friendly and helpful. There are TONS of restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance and the mall is a stone's throw away. It's at the end of a road so there is no thru traffic and it's very peaceful. Small bar with limited but basic drink selection, no vending machines but there is a small open fridge at the desk where you can purchase snacks and drinks, and of course continental breakfast. We have another event to attend in Memphis next month and will definitely be choosing to stay here again!

I booked a 4 night stay online 2 weeks at the prepaid rate of $71.40 per night prior to my arrival using a Visa Pre-Paid gift card received as a bonus at my company christmas party. I received a confirmation email from the hotel stating that my stay was booked. Upon arrival at the hotel the lady at the desk asked for my ID and credit card used for the purchase and I presented it. She then informs me that it is going to be five hundred and something dollars. At that point I said hold on, no way, it should be around $330 and showed her the confirmation paper that I received by email. At this point I am informed that the rate has now gone up to $99.00 per night because apparently the Visa gift card I had used was declined and I was not notified by email or phone regarding this prior to my arrival (booked 2 weeks in advance). At this point she calls the manager and then tells me he said there is nothing they can do, at which point I ask to speak with him. He comes out with an attitude right off the bat and says I should have used a valid card and I can either pay the increased rate or leave. While I could have afforded the increased rate, between his attitude and the ample number of competitors hotels in the area (Hilton Garden across the freeway, which is even newer), I chose to stay elsewhere. I have stayed at the Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch and Hyatt Hill Country Resort multiple times in San Antonio over the years and while I understand this hotel is not in the same league, it bewilders me that a hotel manager can be so blatantly rude and not honor a rate that was booked in advanced over something as silly as a Visa gift card not working. I guess I learned my lesson, don't book with a prepaid card. Hopefully Hyatt is able to find a better manager for this hotel in the future.
