Signature Healthcare of Memphis is a great place to work, the staff is overall caring and compassionate about the level of care they give. The staff is great, the food is great, the administrator is great. Out of all my facilities I've worked for in the past I enjoy working here, and love to try to make your did ing experience a great one.
Our experience was execllant. They change my grandmother's cloths everyday. The therapist actually cared and worked with her daily. The facility was clean and we'll maintained.

The physical therapy is good here but the nurses are stupid. I have been lied to so many times and the doctor never comes in. The nurse practitioner comes in when she feels like it but doesn't do a good checkup.

This is the WORST place to put your loved ones. They lie and do not communicate with the family. Please do your research before choosing a facility.

Our loved one had to be rushed to the hospital from this facility, she passed one day and a half after being admitted to hospital. While in the hospital the staff packed up her belongings, stating that she had been gone to long. After looking through the boxes that the staff packed up we found several sentimental items missing.... the staff could not explain where the items were. Clearly this facility employs evil thieves. Really sad to prey on people at such a vulnerable time. Remember God is watching and you will have to pay for your sins!!
My sister is a patient at your facility....the patient care and re-hab services appears to be average to good, there are always levels for improvement. My concern is the phone system. The phone in her room is consistently inoperable ,as it is the week of Feb. 5, 2018, the phone rings constantly. When I'm transferred to the nurses station for additional information, the phone isn't answered nor are the voice mail messages responded to! When patients receive phone calls it keeps them stimulated mentally and verbally.

I have been employed with Signature Healthcare of Memphis for 14 years. I have had several family members as residents there and the most recent was my cousin/sister. Words could never express the care, love and support that we received from the staff during her stay and her transition. You are appreciated. Thank You for everything.
My friend was recently put here for 30 days and afterwards she is still having nightmares. She said in the 30 days of being here she only had 3 baths, 2 nights total they told her they ran out of food, refused to give her, her pain meds but told her she had already taken them, and when she was released to go home they kept the remaining pain pills. On returning back to pick up meds that was left pain meds were not included and my doctor said it was too soon to write another prescription. The only reason I'm giving a 1 star because it won't allow to give a zero!

Signature Healthcare is an awesome place to work. The staff are friendly, management is great, and the patients are very well taken care of.
