Very clean rooms, and staff does a great job with keeping everyone safe during the pandemic

It has been a great experience until today! How can we be without power for over 2 hours!!! You try to call and the phone is constantly busy! Really????

Overall this hotel is great, great free breakfast and WiFi, rooms are clean and bed sleeps well. No jacuzzi or indoor pool but one on the outside.

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH HYATT WHEN YOU HAVE ALREADY ARRIVED. When we booked the hotel it said they were under renovations, so I thought I can deal with noice so I booked it through a third party. When we arrived late Friday afternoon we were advised there would be no water on Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm and we were there for a 4:30 wedding! I waited until Saturday morning to address the issue so I could speak to a manager and was basically told sorry for the inconvenience, do all you need to do (shower, go to the bathroom, etc...) before 10. No discount for my inconvenience, nothing but basically sorry, can't help you. So I called Hyatt customer service not once but 3 different times with various excuses, once, sorry can't help you because you booked through a third party, the second time after my third party who I booked through tried to get it resolved and couldn't, was they said they sent you an email ( which they didn't ) so we can't give a discount or refund but you but we'll give you another stay at Hyatt another time ( at this point I'd been on the phone with them for an hour and a half and been mislead into booking without knowledge that we would not have water during our stay), and the final time I just want to leave here and get my money back, I got we can't do that, it's up to the property. I asked so when has the property been the final day instead of corporate? I got "we're not Hyatt corporate, we just take the hotel customer service calls, if you want corporate you need to go through the manager of the property. So much for customer service. So basically after 2 hours on the phone, Hyatt did nothing for us, we had to stay or lose our money. Had we known we would not have had water we would not have booked, Hyatt mislead us, and did nothing to fix it. We will never stay at Hyatt Property ever again.

Fantastic staff thank you for all the great selections of restaurants and places of interest. We had a marvelous time. Special thanks to Mo, Jasper, Lauryn, and the young man who made the best lemonade I've had in a long time. We're planning our next visit and this will be our hotel of choice in the future. I loved the service I give you a 10 plus rating.

Great spacious rooms for a great price. Clean Location walking distance for shopping and restaurants. Near highway.

Great value for the price! My room was huge and clean. The breakfast was better than any other hotel breakfast I've had in this class of hotel.

Recently renovated... clean and very nice... great breakfast... (sausage and bacon and home potatoes as a staple would be nice to have in place of "fancy Friday dishes... just saying) but great over all...

Have stay here several times. It's clean with a nice staff. Also some good restaurants nearby.

Wasn't treated the best by staff at checkin. The room was clean though. Breakfast was a disappoint. But what was the worst was a random charge to my bill AFTER I left I had to call and get disputed with a manager.

The staff handled double check in wonderfully. The room is set up very well and cleaned very well. The staff handled requests courteously and quickly.

I was beyond impressed with my room, was spotless and very spacious. I had 2 issues 1) when I checked in the older white guy was VERY rude made me want to go somewhere else, But the rest of the staff was amazing. 2) The beds made me itch very bad, worried about BED BUG'S. They also were judgey due to me being younger and asking if I can afford being at the hotel.

Nice place, a bit outside the city. Would bring HDMI to watch your own movies rather than buy theirs.

Check-in staff was happy, helpful and knowledgeable of surrounding shopping and dining. Our room was clean, quiet and very comfortable, just what we needed after hours of "family holiday fun"

The room is nice. They seemed to skimp in weird areas, like the bathroom is tiny and the closet is really small. The room overall is nice to stay in.

I and my team of co-workers recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Memphis/Wolfchase Galleria. Even though the hotel is being remodeled we received the same courteous service from all the staff. We have been staying at this Hyatt for more than a decade and we keep returning each year due to the friendly and courteous service, comfortable rooms, and the enjoyable breakfast. Nine years ago, during our stay, we met Donta' Mason. His genuine and serving spirit keeps us returning every year. He has created an atmosphere that feels like home when we walk through the doors. This young man has captured the essence of the words - hospitality and service.

Very poor water pressure for shower. Turned way to low. Couldn't get enough water to soak hair. Not enough water to get legs wet. Shower took 3 times as long as it should. No drinking glasses in rooms. Beds were nice though. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms are really clean, staff is friendly, and the breakfast is better than you would think for a hotel.

Three night stay to visit Memphis. Easy drive to downtown. Hotel is very nice with a modern look. Great breakfast and staff is super friendly. 10/10 would stay again!

Great place to stay for business travel. I was on the 5th floor and the room was a bit noisy from the early morning traffic. Good in room coffee from Starbucks flat pack. Decent shower and soaps and such. A lot of great food near by. (Not a fan of Joe's Crab Shack) Free breakfast if you sign up for the Hyatt Traveler Club - basically give them your email and you get free breakfast. Real bacon. Scrambled eggs. Real fruit and yogurt. Toasts and pastries.

This is the nicest staff here. I appreciate the sustainability options in my room. I needed the hdmi outlet fixed and they took care of it immediately. The location is excellent for shopping and Highway accessibility.

The hotel was OK but in an awkward location behind a large shopping center. The room was nice but this particular location is definitely begin to show its age. Loud dump truck picking up trash around 5am was terrible and the lack of blackout curtains was depressing when the sun came out.

Stay here for work when we are in the Memphis or surrounding area and OMG this place is WONDERFUL!!!! Dante (i know i spelled it wrong i'm so sorry) is just the best ever, he never forgets a face and makes you feel like family when you walk in the door, and its not just him, the whole staff is wonderful!!! The room was so clean and smelled clean, i never worried if my linens were clean or not, nothing was moved or displaced or missing, i can not say enough great things about this hotel. And it is in an AMAZING location!!

Very nice place to stay. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was over the top. Nice that check out was at noon. It was hard to find because it was far in the back of a large shopping plaza.

Loved this hotel we were so close to all the shopping malls in restaurant. The staff was amazing the Continental breakfast was very good in fresh with different options.

Preferred hotel when I am in Memphis. Donte at the front desk is wonderful and you can tell that he loves what he does.

My family and I stayed for an extended weekend at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel and our room was very clean, comfortable and well accommodated. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good as well. Hotel is also located in a very safe, secure, upscale area close to shopping and many restaurants. Our family will definitely return to this hotel on out next visit to Memphis!
