Oh my goodness the list is endless you have to walk too far to get to anything you got to get in a convoy line to get past the boot there's nobody in the booth to help you in or out their site maps are too tiny to read you ask an employee a question and it's most of the time I don't know

Nice rooms though sheets smelled of damp. Gorgeous grounds. Very spread out and not user friendly for people with mobility challenges. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our organization is going to return there again.

I never write reviews on anything, but our experience at Lost Pines was so fantastic, I had to share. My husband and I travel quite a bit, but this was hands down, one of the best experiences we've had. The service was 5 star, the food (fresh, local and amazing selection) absolutely blew us away and the amount of activities and amenities for our boys was really fantastic. The room accommodations were nothing outstanding, but still very nice, spacious, up to date and clean. We plan to make LP a yearly summer trip.

Well we had here about once a year to float on the lazy river and just be pampered. This year we had a golf tournament at the resort and I had left my keys in the golf cart after the tournament. Since the tournament ended late be clubhouse was close but I found a gentleman Who work for the resort driving around outside and he was quick to get the clubhouse open and give me my keys. The service here is second to none, the amenities are great and the people are wonderful.

On Friday, October 30th, my boyfriend and I drove from Houston to the Austin area for a wedding that Friday evening. Due to the torrential rains and flooding, we never made it to our destination, and we had to turn back. After about 7 hours in the car, we decided to stay in Bastrop for the night and started looking for a hotel room, to no avail, until it was suggested we try the Hyatt Lost Pines. What a pleasant surprise that turned out to be! From the moment we pulled on to the (3 mile long) driveway to check in, until the moment we checked out, the staff at the resort went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, and at an extremely reasonable rate! The room was nice, the grounds beautiful, and the breakfast buffet very tasty! We will definitely be going back under better circumstances!!

Beautiful grounds. We had our wedding here several years back and make it a point to come visit often. Great spa. So peaceful walking around and hanging out by the fire pit. Also they have a cool water park for kids. Or if you're a grown kid like me.

My husband and I were looking forward to a nice getaway during this time of Covid. We booked something close to home and wanted to feel as though we were 1000 miles away! The Hyatt Lost Pines seemed to fit that bill! While the resort itself is very nice, the amenities that it shows are certainly nice, we were disappointed in the room and the adult pool area. We had to call maintenance on our room the second night because we came back in from a "hot" round of golf - 100 degrees hot - and our room was 78 degrees. When we left that morning it was set at 68. We called and maintenance came. They replaced the filter and the maintenance man said the filter showed it had not been changed out in 1 and 1/2 years - they mark the dates of change with a marker on the filter itself. He apologized and said he would monitor the room's temperature. It still never really cooled down again, and we left the next morning. The second thing in the room. The bed. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying $300 plus a night, the bed should be amazing. It was sagging and lumpy all over. If we could overlook those things, the final straw was the adult pool area. There are signs clearly marked that no outside beverages are allowed in the pool area and a lovely bar and service attendants are there to take your order and bring you food and beverages. However, there were numerous people bringing in coolers full of drinks. Really? And this was never addressed by management. Then to top that off, the same people were allowing their teenage children in the adult pool - and yes, they even mentioned they were under 18 - but were fine in the adult pool. Again, no sort of management monitoring. It was the first and last time we stay at a Hyatt. We are Marriott people but there was no Marriott close to us that offered the amenities the Hyatt did. Extremely disappointed!

The Hyatt Regency is one of my favorite vacation spots! I spent a week here with my family this summer and we had loads of fun. It is pretty secluded, but they have so many activities and restaurants within the resort. I highly recommend this resort! It is gorgeous!
