Love the brand, checked in and three was a slight issue with the room and they changed or room immediately with no problems. Great, clean breakfast and check out.

I stayed at Hyatt Place while in town for the week on business. As I checked into my room I was impressed with the look of the hotel. When I got to the room, it was spacious with a couch and TV that could be watched in living room area or from the bed. I went to the bathroom and found multiple long hairs on the wall of the shower. It was late so I just went to bed and told staff the next day. Got back to my room that evening and the hairs were STILL THERE! I called to the front desk and Juan came up and cleaned the bathroom wall. I later found hair and dust in the fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable and other than a maid that can t clean a room, I enjoyed it.

My experience with this particular hotel was nothing shy of displeasing to say the least. We came during March Madness, which is a huge event for the city of Columbia. I d expect everyone to be on their A-game during such time since so many people are in and out. Well, not at this particular hotel. The staff was less than friendly. It seemed like a task for them to even answer my question(s). The room, in particular the ceiling, was absolutely disgusting. For the cost of the room for a night, I d expect much more from Hyatt. I hope others have a better experience at this location but I can rest assure everyone, I ll never stay with this chain again.

Clean good size rooms, typical howl breakfast buffet but staff unable to keep up with the number of guests. good value for the money

Hotel is very nice, wonderful breakfast options, rooms are very nice and spacious. Beds are very stiff, so beware if you have back issues.

Girls up front needed a little help with their job.

Location is convenient to I-26, and is right next door to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Palmetto Health hospital is right across the street. Check in was quick and painless; staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy, and I really liked the layout that somewhat separated the sitting/work area from the sleeping area. You don't feel as though you're just in a bedroom. The hot breakfast was OK (not amazing, but tasty, no extra cost, a good variety and all you can eat). I have already started recommending this place. I will likely be back myself.

Had already booked a room. Moved us to another hotel that honored the reservation, but had already been charged by the hotel for a room I didn't get. Booking error, I'll assume, but it would have been nice to have been called ahead of time than drive all the way there, just to drive to another location. They had my info already, because it was on the sheer given to me to take to the other location

Clean room and welcoming staff made this a great place to stay.

Went there for a business meeting with my company i decided to stay overnight and i was extremely happy with my stay from check in to check out my room was exactly like the website shows and no words can explain my joy i will make sure to stay there whenever i travel to any business ventures and family vacations

Have stayed here many time. Have always found a clean room and great staff. If you are planning a golf vacation in the area. Try this place it is worth it. They have a great morning breakfast.

I give this place 0 stars. Absolutely horrible. I left some of my things behind and instead of putting them in the lost and found they threw them away. The showers did not look clean. We didn't sleep good some nights because the air conditioner was so loud and made crazy sounds. Sometimes it didn't even cool the room. I will never stay at one of these places again

Rooms are fine, the staff is friendly for the most part, but they gave me and others in my company a hard time about the way our rooms got booked by our company.

This is my second time coming here and it is even better than last year. The staff is great, breakfast is good, and room is nice and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This Motel is great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they offered top notch service to anything we needed. The rooms were clean and the rooms are very spacious. Another great feature of this Motel is the wonderful breakfast that is served every morning, anything from hot sandwiches to fresh fruit this breakfast is among the best. I would highly recommend staying at this place.

While checking in, we told the check in person how excited we were to be taking a staycation and to be able to sleep in. We mentioned my friend had four kids and we were looking forward to being able to sleep in without being woken up. However, at 730am all we could hear was trays dropping in the kitchen and the hustle and bustle of them getting breakfast ready. When I called at a little before 8:30 the girl at the front desks reply was, it s always this loud in that room. Then why the hell would you put us in this room. So disappointed in the customer service and the response from the lady at the desk.

Very large rooms! Updated! We visited on a busy weekend so cleaning the rooms was bit of a challenge!!

Probably one of the loudest hotels I've ever stayed out which is strange since there is a sleep center in the hotel. What's also fun is that they will charge you $75 for a pet cleaning fee, regardless if the pet makes a mess or not; it's a fee they won't tell you about on the booking site, a fee they don't tell you about when you check in or when you check out and a fee they won't even give you a receipt for. $75 is a lot of money to charge as a standard fee esp when the rooms are kind of shabby, esp considered I ended up paying $210 for the room. The breakfast was pretty good but that won't even be free anymore after October.

After a long day stop to get some rest and wake up to this in the bed they say was cleaned testing not knowing what bodily fluids dismayed being but sleeping in a bed that isn't clean I assume that the Hyatt was held to higher standards

Its ok...3rd floor under construction I think because of mildew in the walls so allergies may be a problem here and they accept dog's. The breakfast is good and the service is also good. I'm giving them three stars because due to renovations my hot water wasn't working and the mildew bothered me.

A very nice and clean, comfortable room. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The hotel served a hot breakfast as well. It is located in a great location, right off I-26 north of Columbia proper.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have every stayed at. Clean and fancy room with great breakfast.

The food used to be good a month ago but breakfast has gone down hill fast.

Stayed at the Hyatt due to horrible experience at a nearby hotel. Super friendly staff. A very rude customer came in barking disrupting the hotel in a very disgusting manner. They handled her professionally and did not delay me any. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel.

Friendly staff and a nice hotel. However the traffic noise level (as it sits right next to I26) is HIGH throughout the night. Light sleepers- don t even try coming here.

Rooms are super spacious with a kitchenette and a decent sized fridge. Bed was nice and comfortable. Shower pressure was great and staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Overall it was nice. The room was without monetary cost because it was the 9th stay if I'm not mistaken, or might be the 10th, I think the only real complaint is that they had the room by the kitchen such that after I woke up at night it was difficult to get back to sleep because there were people talking outside the door.

We stayed at this hotel and it wasn't pleasant the food for breakfast wasn't good and we literally had to across the street at cracker barrel daily.

We use the meeting rooms. Marianne and staff here are awesome! The service here is superb!

For my four night visit, I felt that I got a good idea of the place. I honestly think that there are aspects of my stay that one might consider. Overall, there are no major complaints, but rather several minor issues that in aggregate made it not as good as it should be.

The room itself was fairly nice, but it was our opinion that the bed could be more comfortable and the pillows did not give as much support as desired. I ended up having to fold the pillow in half just to get slightly more comfortable.

In general, housekeeping is something that I really don't notice, but the room was only minimaly done. One of days we returned around 5pm and it still wasn't done. The housekeeper watched us enter and did not even offer fresh towels.

Finally, I know breakfast can be busy,.but please at least keep the coffee full. There was one morning there was none, and two that I could not full up a small cup completely because it ran out. It may have been bad timing but there still wasn't any more coffee thirty minutes later. This became a major inconvenience.

This was my one and only visit. There was enough negative to convince me to not stay there again.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever been a guest at. Check in was a breeze and they had so many services. You can borrow chargers or buy cheesecake at the front desk (at 11pm mind you). And breakfast was delicious. I didn't stay long enough to enjoy the fitness center, pool, or computer room, but everything I did experience was positive. This is now my go to hotel to stay in in Colombia. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit.

It's a good place to stay. Average hotel bed here , every room is a minisuite with a sofa bed and mini fridge. Free hot breakfast for everyone. Hot water a little slow.

Rooms were absolutely gorgeous. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Roach in my room. GM did nothing about it. Didn't even apologize for it till two days after I left.

Had a very short 1.5 hour stay for resting while on a long drive. Room was fine, had older style AC. Staff were fantastic overnight, not like the normal 11-7 staff. Room was clean. Hotel even called before I arrived to confirm, and made up room key before I arrived. Would go again.

We were very pleased with our stay! The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. We were very impressed with the room amenities and setup. Very happy and we will be back!

I've stayed at this Hyatt multiple times in the last five years, and service has been the same every time. Everyone is fantastic and friendly, they were great hosts for myself and my family, even with our frequent mishaps (bath tub overflowing, spillage of red kool-aid on white sheets, my cousin getting sick in the lobby, etc). Every issue they handle graciously and with kindness.

The beds were a little high for my mom who is handicap and she had to sleep on the sofa couch. The location was in a nice safe area next to restaurants. The service was good and the staff was really nice.

Bathroom sink was stopped up. Bathroom extremely small. Room was dingy.

Checked in on sunday March 24th. Pulled back covers and sheet were dirty and dirty towels hanging on door. Advised front destination they came and changed sheets and got towels. The following morning got into shower and it was dirty had items left in from previous guest. Advised front desk. That room needed to be cleaned and what the problem was. You would think they would have corrected the second time. Got in that evening and they had not done anything. Housekeeping had already left. So they offered to move me to another room. And hasn't been any other issues. But no one ever said sorry or anything just that they were short staff on housekeeping.

Never had enough money to stay at one but it's beautiful inside out,hopefully I will get a chance to work here when they start hiring.i live in Florence,sc and one will be opening downtown Florence next year.

I love going to a hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It makes all the difference in the world. The Hyatt Place Columbia/Harbison has that and more. The room was well maintained and the king bed was very comfortable. The sleeper sofa was less than satisfactory, but honestly how many people need to use it? I will stay here again.

This place is run like a Hyatt. We had called before making the reservation and spoke with Jade who was an absolute delight. She assured us of parking our truck that was hauling a trailer and was even able to preassign us a very quiet room away from the elevator since I am very light sleeper. Breakfast was great and the morning crew was pleasant. The host at desk gave me some vanilla syrup for my coffee after I asked and didn't make me feel like it was a burden at all--all smiles. The room smelled wonderful and was very clean and comfortable. The room tranquility was what really made the trip and the accommodation from Jade. Thank you! Would totally be back for a visit.
