Premier was recommended to us and I am glad they were. They were very quick to return initial phone call and had one of their very professional and knowledgable maintenance persons at our home the next day. After explaining what was happening, or not happening, the maintenance person was able to diagnose what was wrong. I went into the attic with him and sure enough, he showed me and throughly explained what was not happening and explained how the system should be working.

Within 36 hours, only because the part had to be ordered, the needed parts were being installed and we had cool air again.

Thank you, Premier!! You are my go to for all Heating and Air Conditioning needs from now on!!

Do NOT recommend: Terrible experience (and it isn't over unfortunately). Premier Heating and Air was assigned as my contractor by First American at 7:47 am Thursday morning, 4/25. I called them Thursday afternoon and was told that I could not speak with the scheduler because she was working on the schedule and would contact me when she made it to my name on the list. I waited until Friday afternoon to call back since they have 2 business days to contact me per the First American contract; however, I was once again told that I could not speak to the scheduler because she was not to me on the list yet for scheduling and that they were already booked out to Thursday, 5/2. Then, I called and spoke with a supervisor at First American, who told me Premier had agreed to come out today - Monday the 29th to service my heat pump. However, no one has called and no one answered the phone calls of the service tech I spoke with this morning. Would definitely NOT recommend this company!

If you scroll down you will see a trend! The customer service is great, but the service is just down right horrible. This company charged us outside of our home warranty and we then had to have two follow up visits from another company (who does extraordinary work by the way) fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

The same technician came out TWICE with our home warranty and was unable to find and fix the problem. He never went into the attic to check there despite us suggesting it. We had to call another company and pay out of pocket to get it fixed. The problem was in the attic all along...

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! If I could give them zero star...

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! If I could give them zero stars I would! I am very dissapointed with the lack of customer service. The Technician that came out was clueless and inexperienced. I called over and over and couldn't get anyone to call me back. The receptionist Morgan was incompetent and couldn't even remember speaking to me the day before. Then she argued with me and said that they had never been out to my house before to repair the AC when they were out a week before. The so called Ops manager, Chris was rude and straight up told me even though my AC needed to be replaced he was not going to recommend it to the warranty company because he was afraid they would not provided him any business after. It was an endless loop with a service rep clearly just reading from a script and not offering any real help. Way to take care of your customers! Get your employees trained!

PLEASE NOTE:All of the 5 star reviews were given by brand new usesers during the same time range. They were obviously bought or done by friends and not customers.

I waiting for a call back from the owner of this company due to fradulant work and charges. It has been 36 days and I am still waiting.

I know it is 36 days as that is how long we have been waiting for our AC to be fixed. This company did not put the part order through and also after making us wait 4.5 weeks made us wait another 10 days for an appointment. For something that was already paid for in full.

I am very disapointed that the people who work here will not answer the phone, nor return calls, even when it is to their benefit as I would rather not file an official report.

My husband called 33 times with no answer
6 times they answered.

I called 117 times and left multiple voicemails and did not get calls back or emails back.

Please, stay away from this company as they are not honest, not responsive, and you will end up having to go to court to get your money back from them.

They are VERY DISHONEST.

This company was chosen by my home warranty to repair furnace. They were at my house twice. Both times they sent young boys that were not experienced enough to diagnose and repair the problem. They then declined to come back to complete the job. My job was reassigned to a different company. Unacceptable! Hire them at your own risk!

Drew is awesome!!!!!!! He is exceptional, professional, and sincerely cares about people that is why he does such and awesome job. If at all possible we would like Drew to come out when ever we need anything. He has an amazing gift from GOD for helping people. My husband and I will always use Premier heating and Air. This entire company is awesome! and they sincerely care about people. Every one in the company needs to me told how much they are appreciated for everything they do, because without this special group of people which is like a family, it takes everyone doing there job for everything to come together. Please, let everyone know that they are sincerely appreciated by Rich and Teri.

We have been in a huge battle back & forth for 7 d...

We have been in a huge battle back & forth for 7 days over a fan motor with First American Home Warranty. After numerous calls to FA and still no answers as to where our part was and why it took so long to order we called Premier directly to see if they could replace the motor even though they had not received the part yet. It s HOT in NC and we have been without air for 8 days! Premier went above and beyond and are going to replace the part for us and get our air back up and running so our children can sleep in their beds again! Thank you Premier for working with us and not against us for having First American Home Warranty.

Great service. I battled my home warranty company to the point I let them just give me a cash-out option and premier heating jumped into the middle of the mess to save the the day. The initial part that they installed had an issue but I called them and they came out the next day and fixed it under warranty. Thanks Amber and James.

My rental company sent this company to fix my AC t...

My rental company sent this company to fix my AC twice. The technicians were very friendly, however after solving the problem, the AC broke again. They sent a technician again, but when they called upon arriving at my house, I was in a meeting at work and couldn t answer so they left. The girl on the phone when I called to see if they could come back out, Courtney, was unbelievably rude and I was honestly taken aback that she was so rude because it came out of left field. Maybe she had a bad day or something, I don t know, but customer service is not her calling.
Anyways, I would never voluntarily hire this company and I would not recommend it to anyone else either. It would be one thing if they were rude but they fixed the AC, but when you re rude and the AC is still broken, then it s just like, why are you even around as a company?

We have had 3 different companies through our warranty. The first seemed exceptional but it turns out they did not actually service very much. A lot of things went wrong that were preventable with the maintenance we were utilizing them for. Basically, they didn t do what they said they were doing. Than the second company was so awful. They literally could not have sucked more.

It was so good to get a company that calls you once they receive your work order and they come out when they said they will. They also give you an email confirmation of the appointment they set up. They do quality work as far as we can tell. And when they make a mistake they rectify it without trying to hide it. All things we appreciate as a customer.

We did have an issue with getting an email to approve work that our warranty wouldn t cover, which is necessary for initiating the process. And it took multiple phone calls to get things straightened out. I gave a 4 star because overall I would recommend them but I can t ignore that we felt frustrated with how spotty the communication was in the beginning. It was awful hot the 2 weeks we went without air. And we have two small kids that were not in school at the time and a dog. Not getting the work order email Friday after they assessed the issue was irritating. And I didn t get it till I called a second time on Monday at which point it was given to me while I was on the phone. Then I give them a day and no update. I call and the part hasn t even been ordered. A part they knew I needed Friday. It s now Wednesday and I have to call twice to get real information on what s happening with our situation. But they did get the part the next day and come out that Friday. So that was good. It just took way longer than it seemed it actually needed to. Like they could have sent the email Friday. I could have approved it same day. They could have ordered the part same day. Picked up the part Monday and scheduled the instillation date on Monday. Instead I had to call to get things moving each step of the way. But it s fixed and I m just glad to have air.

The best service I have ever had!!! If I'm honest I'm not easy to please... I had just had surgery and home from the hospital and my AC wasn't cooling my house...the technician that came to my home was professional and understanding. He worked fast and quiet... Not that I asked him to...he just felt I needed to be in resting. The scheduling was easy and prompt. If you are in need of service I highly recommend you use premier.

Don t be fooled by the high ratings of this company.. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am a tenant and the homeowner I rent from has a policy with a warranty company. They called the day after the work order was submitted, scheduled me the next day. When the techs arrived they diagnosed the issue and advised me that the girl that orders the parts gets notes in quickly and the part should be in by Monday of the next week.. Monday came and went, no word. I gave them until Wednesday (understanding it s a busy season). I was informed on Wednesday that the parts were on order and it would be 7-10 days due to the warranty company. I waited the 10 days and didn t hear anything. I called back and was informed that the parts were at the supply house but they were unable to pick them up because they had no authorization, I d call back almost daily at this point because this made no sense to me. I received this same excuse for a week before I got my leasing office involved. Leasing office contacted the warranty company and they said that they sent the authorization already as well as providing them with auth codes for them to pick up the parts. Another 10 days of this back and forth with Taylor.. she stated she would get to the bottom of it then advised me that if they did not get the parts in a few days they would have to reorder them... because they sat there too long. Taylor had Cara call me and tell me they had to resubmit the order (which to me translates to just ordered the part for the first time) and now the part is on back order. I m sure Taylor knew that she d get yelled at and had someone else take the blow for this...Taylor got on the phone and made it seem like they were working so hard to keep me updated and thought I would like a call with an update. Mind you, this is 1 of the 3 calls initiated by them, including the scheduling call. They never update me. In fact if I didn t keep on them I don t think that this would have ever been resolved. Per the warranty company the part would be in on the 17th. On the 17th Premier notified the leasing office they had the authorization and parts were in and they would go to pick them up that day. To no surprise they never went to pick up the parts on the 17th. They didn t pick up the parts until the next week. Drew came out to fix it. He showed up 15 minutes to the end of the 4 hour time frame given. Then couldn t finish due to the sun going down. Drew came back out the next day after his boss looked at it and said all he needed to do was pressurize the system.....it was blowing lukewarm air.. not cold.. and said that he couldn t get the pressures to be correct and once the sun got off the system it would cool off. I left the AC run for 4 hours and it had still not cooled off at all in my house. I was left with a system that was not working over a holiday weekend. I contacted the warranty office. Since they had dissolved the contract with Premier, they set me up with a new vendor that informed me the issue was with a system in the attic that was never even check by Premier. They ordered the part, had it in within 2 business days and came to fix it 2 days after it was in. All in all this was a 6 week process with them. There s nothing friendly dependable or honest about this company. Their staff are never on the same page. The girls seem friendly at first but then when there is an issue they are incompetent and condescending. Not to mention most, if not all, of the 5 star reviews are left by employees, spouses and friends of employees.

I am going to happily pay another company hundreds of dollars to come fix this company's bad install job instead of paying extra money to this company, which I shouldn't have to do in the first place. I can't believe the owner doesn't have pride in his work. Ridiculous.

Thank you guys for taking care of our AC issue! I know it has been super busy in the office, but from Taylor checking on the parts (she tracked them down despite the home warranty company not knowing where they were when THEY ORDERED THEM) and then got us to the scheduling department who then scheduled us. The tech was a nice guy & worked very diligently to replace the wonky part.

I can say that I will be using them again! Despite them being busy they do take care of their clients. I feel very safe in their care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

FYI to everyone do not use Premier heating and air! Horrible customer service and scratched my floors on the install. I had proof that they did so but they weren t willing to talk to us even to resolve our issues. In fact the manager hung up on me not once but twice and would not answer the phone when I tried to call back. The office staff was told to not take our phone calls and they manager said I don t particularly like you when talking to him about the damage done to my floors. Not to mention being late for two of the appointments they were scheduled for. In all my years of customer service I have never been treated in such manner. Utterly ridiculous! Not to mention they threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn t pay them even though I asked about payment when the technicians were out. And they would take out the equipment that was already paid for by our home warranty people! Also I had to find out they were coming out to do the work from the home warranty people the day they were coming out when I talked to the technician I told him I had an appointment at 3 o clock I asked if he would have enough time to do all the work and he said yes I even said I would cancel my appointment so he would have enough time. I ended up being 15 minutes late to my appointment and my AC was still not fixed on the day when I got home. That was when the manager called me the next day and said it was my fault and now I have messed up their schedule because they re going to have to come back out and finish the work even though I was told the work was done and the AC should ve been working when they left the first day. This company all around was a complete headache to deal with. I will be happy to not have to deal with them in the future.

My A/C quiet working and they came out and it was the compressor. They worked hand and hand with my insurance company until they received the compressor. The technician came out and did an outstanding job to replace it and really took his time to ensure it was right. He made sure there was no leaks and compressor cold down the house to the correct temperature. I really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. Again take you so much.

I was able to keep my schedule intact and meet them to get the service done. They were in and out really quick and provided professional service with follow up communication regarding the service provided. I m totally satisfied with this company and their price was fair. Can t go wrong with this company!

I just want to say this company is one of the best companies I have ever had come out and work on my hvac. They came out in a timely manner and were very thorough. They addressed all my concerns and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The office girls were very pleasant, upbeat, and helpful. Premier AC and Heating performed a yearly service for me recently. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the technician. His name is Tyler. He let me know a time that he would be arriving which kept me from being inconvenienced during the day. He worked quietly and quickly. I have used Woody, the owner, in the past. In fact, they installed my unit a few years ago. They stand behind their work and will do everything they can to ensure you are a satisfied customer.

We used Premier last summer through our warranty c...

We used Premier last summer through our warranty company. This was after a different company came and made the issue even worse and we had to fight with the warranty company to give us a different contractor. They finally did and even though James had to drive here from a different county, he fixed the problem quickly and properly. The warranty company would lie to me almost every time I called them because they were slow on assigning contractors, approving work, ordering needed parts. They were awful. So we didn't renew our warranty. But James would returns calls, voicemails, even text messages promptly. His company replaced and rerouted our duct system so the air was finally distributed efficiently.

So this year when our AC started acting up in a different way, I called Premier right away. The technicians were polite and professional. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes and it was very reasonably priced. My AC is working better than ever now.

I would give a 0 star if I could. Received a charge for a missed appointment when they arrived before their scheduled time and didn't call or text before when they were on their way (like they said they would). They didn't call or text when they arrived at the house to let us know they were there either. Tried to call their customer service about this unfair charge and was hung up on by their employee. Definitely look elsewhere unless you want charges for "missed" appointments.

He explained exactly what was happening and how he fixed it and also made some suggestions for future upkeep! We are SO grateful for this wonderful company!

Their customer service was great! But I would not ...

Their customer service was great! But I would not recommend them due to their high inflated prices. Our home warranty sent them out but the service that needed to be fix was not covered. They sent us the invoice and we were in shock at how much it would be. So we did some price comparison of the parts that were needed and decided to get another company for a second opinion. The other company came out next day with the same parts in tow and it cost a fraction of what premier heating was going to charge us. So if something doesn't seem right always do your research don't get screwed over.

Everyone at Premier Heating and Air, were some of the nicest people I have ever met, even the office personal that I talked to on the phone but never met. They worked with my home warranty company to install new HVAC system in my home. when I called them to check my old system they came the same day they were contacted, very quick response. Also the men that installed my new system were very nice and they did not make any mess inside or outside my house, they covered the floor with plastic in the bed room where they had to access the attic, and they cleaned up trash and stuff as they worked, and they kept me informed as to what they were doing every 15 minutes or so. couple days later two other men came to inspect the work that was done, they ask if we had any concerns about the work that was done, we only had one concern and they fixed it immediately. I will be calling on premier heating and Air in the future for all my HVAC needs. keep up the good work!!

This review is for Andy and Chris. They both were very professional yet friendly when providing our service through a home warranty company. They were very detailed and Andy answered one hundred plus questions i asked! They did not appear bothered by that. We have just moved back to our home state after being away for 31 years.. Always looking for quality work and exceptionally customer service. They provided both. Looking forward to them coming back to do a routine HVAC check! Highly recommend this company and Andy and Chris!

Customer Service was great. The technician that was sent to my home was very courteous, knew his job, checked in and out to ensure I unit was working properly, also explained that there was a lot of heat in the vents and ducts so give it sometime to cool off. I am totally happy with the service I received. Air is still working great.

I am a huge fan of Premier Heating and Air, who essentially repaired my entire air conditioning system.

My air conditioning unit, both outside and inside my house completely malfunctioned and Premier H&A came on multiple occasions to help diagnose, order the parts and repair the broken parts w/ professionalism, earnest and a sense of urgency.

They were very honest and helpful throughout the process and I feel very fortunate to have been recommended to them by my home protection company.

If I ever have another issue with my air conditioning unit, Premier H&A is the first number I plan to call, because I know I can trust them to take care of my problems.

This company is horrible! Our warranty company called them out multiple times in the last 4 months. They had every excuse in the book as to why they could not come out or why the ac unit couldn t be fixed or wasn t broken. Our ac unit constantly froze over and had issues. They finally came inspected the unit claimed everything was fine and left. After about the tenth time of it freezing they came back out and had to replace the whole unit. A month went by with no issues until last week where it began to freeze again. We found out as well that the company had fraudulently charged us over $1000 in services and parts and had to reimburse the warranty company as a result. They came back out after our warranty company called them and the owner claimed that the unit was perfectly fine and that our thermostat that was set at 68 was too cold and had to be set at 74-75. His exact words to me were i don t know if you know this but this is North Carolina and humidity is 90% down here so your ac can t be set below 74 (that was an insult to me clearly having a northern accent even though I have lived in the south for the last 4 years and my husband his whole life). The owner of the company stated that the work was done beautifully and there was nothing he could do. He left after being at my house for 15 mins. After he left the ac unit completely died and we have been without ac in almost 95 degree weather since Tuesday. The inspector just came and stated that he (the owner of premier) must have purposely turned off the condenser up in the crawl space and that is why the ac is currently not working at all. The inspector also stated they over charged us for 5 permits and did not label any of the work that is required. He also stated that until they fix the part in the crawl space no matter what unit they install it will freeze over and continue to do so.
This company is plain disgusting to their customers and from other reviews I can only assume they will be losing multiple contracts with warranty companies.

When you have HVAC troubles, the last thing you want is to wait forever to get an appointment with a company. Premier is always quick to schedule and get out to an appointment and their customer service is excellent! I highly recommend Premier Heating and Air!!!

Our air conditioner was not working. Premier Heating and Air called me and said the tech would be out between 3-5 pm. They also sent a text informing me the tech was on his way. The tech was very professional. I told him the problem. He took a look at the unit, took pictures of the problem and shared them with me. He was in and out in no time. The problem was fixed. I asked a few questions. He took the time to answer them and I didn't feel rushed. Super polite, very professional. Highly recommend.
