Thank you to the orthopedic doctor who cleansed our neighbors' wounds that fell on the tricycle free of charge. The wound is small but deep. They referred us to the district hospital because we did not pay. Accomodating their staff even though my child also had their last year due to dehydration and lbm.

Pathetic service. It's like being run by money-hungry staff. I requested but can't provide company stamp and even had to pay for a dry seal for a reimbursement form. I am disappointed on how the staff acted as if we are not capable to pay the dry seal fee.

Worst hospital in Molino Bacoor or perhaps the entire Cavite area. Nurses here especially in the triage area are rude and have no care or empathy for patients. I will never recommend this hospital!

Service was not good at all. No free parking, rooms are not being cleaned, they are just taking the trash out. Nurses were helpful but other than that this place is trash and they have high fees.

The nurses at triage along with the guard are useless af. They are also rude and don't even know what's happening inside. They don't show an empathy to their waiting patients especially when the doctor is late! This is the MOST useless hospital in Molino. PLEASE! don't go here! they just want money and nothing more.

Very poor service, they treat patients as if they're services are cheap/free. According to them swab test is from 8-am to 12nn, we were here at 8 am, the staff who will perform the swab test arrived at 8:43. With out any apologies or explanation why she was late. Your swab test is not cheap, for you to treat your patients as if we are indigent.

Do not come to this hospital if you are in an emergency situation. Mapapadali buhay mo because they will let you wait hanggang madedo ka na. Sungit pa nung doctora na naka blue na contact lens.

Money is really just a matter of money before you can admit it as much as you hold money without consideration for our help govt d use because they want fully paid bills so just ignore the guaranteed letters before you can admit that you have to deposit before taking care of them. please nurse and doctor your problem prioritize your money before giving any consideration to the patient especially if there are none of your expensive non-consideration fees for using govt help however great help to your patients

The Medical Technologist here are awesome! Light in the hands and they double triple check their results.. You can ask your doctor to call the lab so they can relay the result to them! Good job guys!

Just find another hospital to go to.This hospital exorbitantly expensive as if it's a medical holdup. This is a crime in the form of business

I was rushed to the ER and my pharmacy bill for my first 2 hours ONLY due to bronchitis was already 12K already. And if we bought the medicine outside, I don't think it would even cost 2k.

They also charge differently per rooms. For example I was admitted to the presidential suite because it was the only room available, my pharmacy bill was much more expensive than private room patients, but the medicine was the same.

One of the best hospital I have been to so far. Nurses are nice and accommodating. even the admitting and billing staff are nice. it is not true that they will milk money out of the patient. they do have a credit limit wherein upon reaching that threshold, they will confirm with the relatives on whether they want to continue or how to proceed with the procedures. Unlike other hospitals that I am to that push thru with the medical expenses until you are on debt with them.

Had an expensive exlap appendectomy but received Low quality sutures. Had to go back to have them restich it. Guess what? I felt pain the whole time. 3 hours for billing and worst, hospital bill was almost the SAME as the first confinement. Pretty expensive for an OR outpatient case. They just milk money out of you and your healthcare provider

Nurses are not approachable and accomodating. They do not want their work ..

Visiting a patient. Poor parking facilities. 2 basement parkings at an estimated 45 degree angle going down and then up which is kinda scary and dangerous, you can't lose control of your vehicle at any time or you'd end up in this hospital. The parking space looked more like a dungeon, it's dark, smelly, and leftover building materials abound.

The service is of quality. Even the doctors are good. The only thing I would like to suggest is, I hope there's always someone who could pick up calls in their hotline number.

The staff was accomodating and pleasant to their patient. What concerns me is their hospital bed. The bed sheet is wrinkled and they dont have blanket for the patient. The nurse in the er was kind enoigh to give us another bed sheet to use as a blanket when we asked for one. They say to have the patient rest but their having a conversation too loud for the patients to have a good rest. A simple courtesy and consideration would be much appreciated.

this is by far the worst hospital ever. all your moves here must be paid for. pity you if you don't have money. and the amount of rules they have like asking for downpayment upfront. dba law yan na d dapat itanggi ang negosyo? also, d ka din ggaling d2 kc wala naman clang masyadong ggawin sau kundi monitor lng..sayang ang money. if you got other hospital choices, wag d2. waste your time and money.

The quality of service they give doesn't meet the price we paid. Nurses were rude. I came there for an immediate concern however they had me wait for almost 3 hours without any explanation what is going on and the status of my lab results. I understand there's a triage because of the Pandemic however the staff should show some humanity. It's okay to wait for hours but it is much okay if they give respect, empathise, and give information on why the waiting time is longer. Compared to other hospitals, SAMC is terrible.

They give wrong information. Just a simple availability of your services, you can't give a concrete and legitimate information. Sabi ng staff they have drug test today, Dec. 24 so I anticipated and gone but it turns out they don't. Please know your sched so the next time na may magtatanong sa inyo, alam niyo, presence of mind.

I brought my daughter today for check up, yes inasikaso nila kame right away but when it was time for the Laboratory staff to collect blood sample from my daughter, it took them almost 10mins just to find my daughter's veins. Thinking na parang pinagpractisan ang daughter ko, nakakainis. At ang malala pa is uulitin daw ang pagkuha ng blood dahil may clot at di daw clear yung kinuha nung first two staff. Bad service na nga, too expensive pa. Is this how it's supposed to be? Kawawa naman yung mga future toddlers na magpapacheck sa inyo, matutrauma mga bata

Very slow accomodation of patients, with and without pandemic

Awesome service if you got the money but if you can't afford that's another story.

It's not like other hospitals, they have a cozy lobby while waiting for somebody. They also have a nice air-conditioned room with TV as patients waiting area.

Bastos mga guards nyo dito. I won't come back to this hospital ever again.

bad experience at the hospital everything is not good, I was bought a medicine worth 1100 not used and it can be returned to mercury but mercury did not accept it said it is forbidden to return or even just change the medicine wasted the medicine and our bill took almost 80k for 3 days put a cateter hole in the plastic then I ask can I change my answer another charge, serious as in serious hospital,

Worst hospital ever. It looks like money. The patient is still in the ambulance, the down payment requirement will be announced to you immediately. Lack of empathy for nurses and doctors. Some are even rude. Facilities are old. Lack of coordination with staff. Confusing to speak with. Don't go here.

The worst hospital ever my daughter in law has a stroke for 12 hours in the ER waiting to be transfer to ICU without the money they will not touch the patient. Sooo bad.... why there're still hospital like this corrupt they are not for the service to help patient to live but to kill the patient without money for the deposit. I wish to those peson doing this may suffer the consequences too.

Called for check up schedule ang tagal sumagot under HMO and they dont have doctors schedule they only have doctors list accredittedand was told to check the schedule directly by myself. i dont know if its right but this is my first time to experience such.

Worst hospital every. My daughter possibly has measles. Shes 6 months old. We went to SAMC to have her check. The advise of the doctor is to have her check at OPD. Again, OPD. We are already at the emergency room. They told me that they dont have a Pedia at ER thats why they ask us to go to OPD. Again my baby might have measles and this hospital wants us to go to OPD and possibly spread it to other children. God bless you SAMC

The nurses are ok, but this hospital has the worst ER doctors, particularly Dr. ROMEO PIODENA. He was rude when asking questions and since I got myself checked in to the ER at around 3:30 AM, he really made me feel that my condition was nothing but a big disturbance to his sleep. This hospital is obviously copying the name of Asian Hospital, but it is fails miserably in copying Asian's standards. Next time, I would rather go to another Bacoor hospital. Avoid this hospital at all cost.

The dermatologist they are. The second time I saw him, he was still talking to his patient. I will never go back to this hospital! No choice is mine, just close and accessible.

Complaint on Dr. Julius Pallera - UNBECOMING OF A DOCTOR.

This is to bring this complaint to your attention.
As a patient, we are sensitive to be taken for granted by our attending physician.

On Nov 25 at 3pm, I had a minor toe operation (Ungiectomy) performed by Dr. Julius Pallera.
After the operation, he told me to come back on Wednesday next week for my follow-up check-up. I asked what time and he said, between 2-4pm.


of 3:15 is within his clinic schedule.
He left me in only a matter of 10 minutes, which I think is very INCONSIDERATE and UNBECOMING OF A DOCTOR.

Just look for another hospital. Many hospitals nearby. This hospital will get all the money from your pocket. They will make everything look worse for maexhaus yun healthcard nyo. Even the facilites are not good. Unlike their dear service.

My wife was confined here for 4 days and the nurses and doctors really lookup to her in her medical needs.
