Very beautiful architecture both interior and exterior. Clean, spacious, beautiful rooms. Buffet breakfast. The view is excellent from the rooms, we almost didn't leave :-)

We were on the 23rd floor. Room size and equipment were good (bathrobe, towels, kettle, water bottles, soaps, ... fresh every day) The beds were comfortable. You couldn't see enough of the great view. There is nothing in German on TV - it was a good thing. The food was 1A, really good quality. Pool chairs were free, but always occupied, or "reserved" with bath towels. -I am not writing about which countrymen. The hotel is rather on the outskirts. Nothing is possible on foot. We had a rental car. So we were very flexible. Parking was free almost everywhere in AbuDhabi. We ordered pretty much everything through the reception (rental car, safari, ...). We can only recommend the hotel.

Very nice 5 star hotel, very delicious food and very good service the suite is very spacious with modern furnature and super clean and comfortable l really enjoyed my stay the spa services for couples are very nice and private

The Hyatt is wonderful, its quality / price ratio is perfect. The location on the outskirts of the city, 15 minutes from the airport, is not an obstacle, as long as you take a car. Parking and parking are included in the price of the room. Upon arrival we were offered breakfast at 50% discount, a detail. Although they could not give us late check-out, they allowed us to use the Spa until 7:00 p.m. when we went to the airport. Impeccable service and great professionalism.

Luxurious. Mega structure. Spectacular view. Excellent attention.

This hotel is located at the most famous iconic building, standing like a boot or slopped, in Abu Dhabi. The facilities are pretty good and the receptionists are also very kind. However, there are not gym and swimming pool.

A beautiful location near the exhibition center and next to Zayed Sports City

Simply wonderful place to stay in!

Concern with Facilities: I had a broken clock! When I asked for someone to check it, he tried to convince me that it's working and not to do anything. They changed the clock after my second complaint.

Concern with Service: I wish if the elevator could go straight from the upper stages to the ground. Buttons are there but locked and not working.
WiFi is not free.

Overall: Wonderful experience and much more pros than cons. Clean, quality, luxury, care, and value.

Great hotel for business meetings. Reasonable priced and only 25 minutes from the airport. It has a nice terrace that offers great happy hour prices and a great variety of small bites. The view is breathtaking.

A great business hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, located next to the convention centre. Only 20 minutes from the airport and Ferrari Word.

Nice place to stay.... close to Adnec. At mid way to each part of Abu Dhabi. One thing missed free access to WiFi. Crazy stupid thing to pay that in a 5 stars hotel

My wife and I were in town in January 2015. We did not stay at the hotel, but we went to the bar every night. An absolutely relaxing place to relax . , Totally delicious cocktails and great music

Fantastic but the breakfast restaurant is average and does not have a great variety of food!

Celebrated my 24 birthday here... The staff are very friendly and helpful.. the rooms are very spacious and clean..The pool is beautiful and the 18 degrees restaurant is also amazing place to dine in... Thanks hyatt capital gate for making my birthday so special..With cake n bottle of wine....

Pros: the rooms are clean and well stocked with shampoo, soap, toothbrushes etc. they are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and clean
We informed them it was our anniversary and we were given complimentary cake and juice

Cons: the TV didn t initially work but staff came to fix it however worst of all we both got food poisoning from the room service we ordered.

The rooms were beautiful, the hotel was beautiful; very unique and well organized. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. Minibar was free as well as served coffee and tea in the lobby with some snacks. The breakfast was not too great, but overall well. Highly recommended!

The reception is great. But to get to there you will have to take an elevator upto the 18th floor. It was good stay.

It is a hotel that starts on the 18th floor. It has the record of being the most inclined building, 18 degrees. It is 12 km from the tourist center. A bit out of the way and there is no public transport. A taxi costs 35 dirhams approx

A beautiful, wonderful and quiet place I would recommend it

We only stayed one short night here. The staff were really friendly and the views from the room were stunning. It s just that the hotel felt a little soulless. As we were there on the weekend, we d figured there d be more life around, but alas it felt as if we were the only ones there. There s nothing wrong with the hotel, per se, but there s definitely something missing.

Love this hotel and the staff are very welcome and great.

I was very disappointed with the attitude of the guy at the concierge and the check in person. It is obvious customer satisfaction is not a priority for them, plus I waited very long for anyone to show up and take my order at the lounge cafe and on the top of that they refused to stamp my parking ticket. A bad experience which i never encountered in any 5 star hotel. I only gave 2 stars for the location

Hotel Roha and one of the best hotels I have visited

Modern hotel belonging to the Hyatt group in a very distinctly shaped tower. Reception is on the 18th floor where they also serve free coffee and snacks throughout the day. All rooms are above and have a great view of the surrounding city of Abu Dhabi, large layout and cozy bathtub. Also on the 18th floor is their amazing restaurant 18 degrees which offers thoughtful mediterran food and unique cocktails plus an outdoor terrace. Overall really enjoyed my stay, staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms are big, clean and modern, would definitely recommend and stay again.
