Amazing hotel with amazing service, the staff was helpful and the smiles were on their faces, big room and comfort bed, the shower room was big and attracts you to have a shower or to enjoy the bathtub, breakfast was great as well, the hotel, in general, was above expectations.

Loved staying there though prices were not comparative.

Used for a conference. Room was an awkward shape, nothing was set up on time, lunch takes forever.

The architecture is stunning and the interior design is uniquely interesting.
RECEPTION is on the 18th floor. Free coffee all day with dates, nuts and butter cookies.
The STAFF was kind, considerate and accommodating.
ROOMS and view are lovely, well designed, but could tell the desk wasn't cleaned beforehand.
Complementary breakfast buffet is nice with fresh juice, breads, custom egg/omelet and alike, but wouldn't consider it 5 stars.
Recommend staying here if attending a convention.
OVERALL: 4 Star experience. Would stay here again. Would recommend.

Wonderful view from the 18th floor restaurant but the Ramadan Mediterranean buffet was exceptional

Perfect hotel! The rooms are spacious, the views are breathtaking and the hotel is not too crowded but not empty. It is also not very touristy which is very nice. I stayed in the presidential suite and it was lovely the room had an amazing ambience and the staff were very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi if you are planning to visit the city.

Nice hotel inside and out. However, no budget for insulation, you can hear every cough and groan from the neighbors

It leans 18 degrees westwards - more than four times that of Pisa s famous Leaning Tower. The 160 metre (524.9 ft)

It is a very nice 5 star hotel. But that is only half the truth. A first class star kitchen, excellent service in the restaurant, rooms and in the lobby. On the 19th floor is the spa and pool area. Say over the city of Abu Dhabi swimming in an overflow pool, gorgeous and fabulous views. Everything very clean and well-kept. On the ground floor, events are regularly held on subject areas, such as artist exhibitions. Although I repeat myself here the kitchen is innovative, on any request for change in detail with a consistent top gastronomy. Trying out is my recommendation

EXCELLENT! SPEECHLESS! We went to the pool bar for a happy hour. If you are having a bad day or in a bad mood, this place gives you positive vibes. Not only the place is stunningly beautiful but the staff is giving world-class customer service. I was surprised by the service. From the security who made us smile before entering the lobby up until the staff in the pool bar, all they have given us is good vibes. We felt really great when we came in until the time we left. I just reserved a table on Facebook and I have mentioned that it was our anniversary and they gave us a complimentary cake. We didn't expect that. If only I get all the staff names I would mentioned them all. But Dana was the one who assisted us and the other waiter in an orange shirt, probably Ismael. I didn't get his name but they treated us like high-profile people which is rare to some hotel industries. I will definitely be booking accommodation next month and to more happy hours. Thank you, Andaz.

Great hotel with super comfy beds and feather pillows. The restaurant is really good with great service and a friendly smile, plus I appreciated the welcome tray of delicacies that was waiting in the room and personalised welcome letter. Contemporary look and feel to the hotel that works well given the iconic nature of the building's structure. Overall, a great experience.

Very nice hotel. Excellent if you're going to events at the exhibition centre that it's just next to it. Rooms are of good size and you get a nice view over the city.
