The food is terrible, at night you can only eat one plate, thus, you have to go somewhere else to eat. Also, the location is pretty bad since it s far from anything you can visit. The building is beautiful to see, but that s all there is with this hotel. Not recommended at all, especially if you have hungry kids

A hotel with an amazing architecture which offers stunning views of Abu Dhabi. Very near (just walking distance) to ADNEC Halls.

Just wow. Both from the outside and from the inside! Stayed here for two nights as part of the Etihad stopover program and were thrilled. The rooms are beautiful, modern, comfortable, clean and have an amazing view. The room service is ok and tasty. The breakfast buffet was absolutely top class, definitely worth it!

Beautiful hotel with great food and wonderful views. The pool is great for lap swimming and up on where you can see the city.

The hotel is a landmark, opulent, visual pleasure and antiques, and it is close to the exhibition center, but it is far from some landmarks and shrines, and for those who have a car, it's okay to provide the lobby at the 18th floor, of course.
They treat them well and the room is excellent and overlooking

Great hotel and staff. But a little far from things to do in Abu Dhabi ...

-extremely welcoming staff (Monica) with great suggestions for a perfect layover,
-nice swimming pool gym & sauna area,
-very nice view, there is an ATM in the building nearby,
-taxi always available downstairs,
-local coffee tasting available at the reception,
proximity to the great mosque

We stayed there for several days, and the hotel in itself was fine except for one thing, the swimming pool. My girlfriend and I spent 1 hour in the swimming pool, and the next day she had pain in her lower body parts. When we had time to see the doctor, she was diagnosed with urinary tract and kidney infection. I don't know how a 5 star hotel's swimming pool can be this poorly managed. My gf is still being hospitalised, no thanks to this hotel.

P.S. I previous gave a 5 star review straight after my stay, but in light of recent events, I must not recommend this hotel to anybody.

My favorite Hotel in Abu Dhabi, great views from above very large spacious rooms and staff are very friendly and hospitable best customer service I've seen in a hotel in AD and I stayed in many hotels here , amazing food as well.

Awesome hotel! We stayed here just to try this iconic hotel and our experienced was superb! The only thing I dislike, hotel is far from the city proper other than that everything is a perfection to me.

The finest president suite ever. Just one thing, you need to extend your in room dining to accommodate more Indian travelers.

Second stay here, been in several Hyatt properties. This one is only a few years old and has kept up well. Tom, the CSR at the front desk, was very helpful and accommodating. They listened and catered to my every request. Highly recommended for a stay in Abu Dhabi!

Had an excellent quick overnight stay here on our honeymoon. They kindly upgraded us to a suite which was awesome, and the room was modern and comfortable. Quick taxi ride to/from the airport so the location is nice, and we'll definitely look to stay here again when we're back in Abu Dhabi.

Beautiful hotel.
Just a shame no hot tub and the pool closes early. But otherwise the room is really pretty and the bathroom is very romantic

Spectacular luxurious hotel in Abu Dhabi, the building itself is amazing architecture.
Rooms are nice, bathrooms are really good. Breakfast is excellent and you can find everything here. Staff is excellent. Minor downside, not in centre of Abu Dhabi but you can find taxi's here.

I did not live in this hotel. He was near him only to look at him. What is not usual in the design of the hotel is that the hotel has a slope more than the Leaning Tower and the pad on the building of the hotel from a metal structure. In the lobby, the hotel did not hit me with its luxury and wealth - a good business style. There is parking for cars near the hotel.

A beautiful place to work in a magnificent architecture. I like the fact that it joined with the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center. You get meet different kinds of people all over the world. Very proud o work in this kind of environment.

Hotel with beautiful views of the surrounding area and a relaxing calm

I love this hotel. So clean, my suite was fantastic . The hotel is in the Guiness book of records - super nice staff - great breakfast.
Finally common sense in color coding shampoo conditioner and soap.
Didn t have time to use my private jacuzzi but loved the pool and gym.

No intertaiment facility.the breakfast was not worth the money and our car was parked at the sun for 3 days.the pool is very small.note the people there is very nice and helpful

I loved it. The bar has great views of the city, the decor is remarkable...however, what liked the most is the art gallery (IAM) they have in the lobby... with excellent pieces of art..and a great representation of local and international artists...
