I was very disappointed with the attitude of the guy at the concierge and the check in person. It is obvious customer satisfaction is not a priority for them, plus I waited very long for anyone to show up and take my order at the lounge cafe and on the top of that they refused to stamp my parking ticket. A bad experience which i never encountered in any 5 star hotel. I only gave 2 stars for the location
