Hurricane Grill & Wings Review

Rachelle should not be in customer service, nonchalant with customers and snappy. Anybody can be a bartender find somebody else. Here's an idea hire someone that's EX military with good manners lots of people need jobs and will care for your establishment. All your one star reviews basically are basically due to customer service that's pretty pathetic, if you know what you can fix and you're not taking care of the problem. People come here to have a vacation and enjoy the atmosphere that goes along with the people around we have had nothing but good experiences with the locals and at the end of the day we have to deal with a grunt.

Wings have gotten smaller. I could never finish 15 and now it s pretty easy. 3 or 4 wings looked liked dwarf chickens if those exist? And no celery? On a good note, the flavors they have are all pretty darn good and the service is fine.

I've been to this restaurant many times. Somethings changed. The food was not as good as I remember. New chef?

To-go orders are always terrible. Ordered 30 Boneless Wings To Go in two different flavors. We only received one flavor in all 30 wings which is a pretty severe disappointment. Considering you pay around $36 for the wings. We also got fish tacos and they were raw. Never again.

Went in trying to get seated outside and ask the lady, she said am really busy and nothing I can do in a rude way and keep walking.

New owner. Improvements in service but huge change in portion sizes. Fry order size is smaller and the amount of chicken they now put in the $12.99 Hurricane Chicken Salad is pathetic. I got three tiny pieces. I mentioned it to the new owner. She shrugged and replied, "I'm not sure what the specs are. And went on about her business. Disappointing....

Ordered a fried chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo only... Received 3 chicken strips on a bun with everything BUT lettuce and mayo... Been happening too much lately!! I'm gonna give this place a rest...

Meh... After a day on the beach the wings are okay. It's expensive for cheap chicken meat. It's a bit of a tight space and no liquor. You could spend as much next door for a nicer experience.

Enjoyed Hurricane Grill at the beautiful Jetty here in Fort Pierce, FL! Great atmosphere, great food, and lovely scenery. It's always a pleasure dining at this location ;)

Worst food I've ever eaten! I ordered boneless chicken wing and fries. The chicken was frozen!! The waitresses had the worst attitudes!

Wings were awesum but everything was fairly expensive.....no liquor

The Philly cheesesteak was awesome the bartender did a great job she was on top of everything fast and good

Very beautiful place to go and eat then take a walk to the beach great food and drinks has a bar right next to them which is great to get the road runners ! Is a must go place to get your food here with family .

I ordered a glass of wine when my food came, was done by the time I received it and there was glittery lipstick on the rum and dried wine on the outside of the glass. The service was nice enough but forgetful.

Stale food and incompetent staff. Fries were extremely stale, cold wings, and chicken tenders (that came 15 minutes late by the way) that were not appetizing at all. When we asked for a new set off chicken tenders, they turned up looking exactly the same as the first ones. I recommend you stay away from this place.

Service excellent. Something wrong in kitchen.Our favorite place for wings since 2005. Wings now have no surface crunch and sauce thin not at all like before! Beer selection very good

Burgers like hockey pucks,slow service ,wings nothing to brag about,don't waste your time

Very disappointed in this place. Food quality was fair but they charge you a side for french fries that tasted like a salt shaker with your sandwich. Service was excellent and drinks just very sad about the food.

Good food. Mac daddy burger was so good. I gave 3 stars because it could have more drink selections

I m a vegetarian. The veggie burger is GREAT! And it s huge!! I love the fried pickles and onion rights. The dip that comes with the fried pickles is super awesome too. I don t really like the dip that comes with the onion rings though. To each his own :) it s always hard to find vegetarian options in restaurants and anyone who has a good veggie burger is the bomb!

Love their wings. So many sauces to choose from. I always ask for extra crispy. Love the medium wing sauce. Brocolli with garlic butter is outstanding. Parmesan fries are wonderful, so arer the fried pickles.

I waited over an hour for 30 wings plus I was gonna take the order of 25 that already left due to wait. I explained to server plus kitchen who laughed that they thought I was cute and I assumed they would get it together and make my wings for my family and myself but NO they still took their time and we left. They suck I will NEVER order from there again! Blue water is better hands down but they're closed so I had no choice F this place. Terrible customer service! I explained that we tip good even after the hour and they still didn t pick up pace!? My toddler and us couldn t wait anymore. Archie's seabreeze from now on .

Hurricane, being hurricane, great for casual food beers and great view in Jetty Park.

Less than one star. Our food was either overcooked or cold. We still had a bill over $120 for two rounds of beer for 6 people. We didn't even get half our appetizers. The only thing that was good was a pretzel. They'll didn't have much to choose from for beer. NEVER go back!!!!!

My food was not good, take a look for yourself. The chicken was hard as a rock & my fries were under cooked & everything was greasy & soft instead of that little crunch that should be in fried foods but obviously they will put anything in a to-go container so
I suggest you check your food! I paid $16 for that unsatisfying food and then the staff want to act some kind of way when I said something about it, I pay too much to receive nasty food & bad attitudes. Next time I will try Taco Dive instead

Customer service is horrible they are so in friendly and no customer service at all atleast with me and my boyfriend. Our waitress was very rude an not friendly at all. She made a comment when I asked for utensils for my wings. I feel utensils should have been on the table already. It was a horrible experience. She was lucky she got any money from me. I was disappointed

What kind of place is named hurricanes and doesn't have hurricanes?!?!?! Plus a stressed out bartender with only 3 people at the bar?!?! Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else.

Wanted to have some wings and no better place is to come to the first and only Hurrican wings to me will alway be the Fort Pierce FL jetty. It's always great to get great services and everyone always smiling especially Diana, Ricky Was on top of his game, he took care of our orders like a pro, a big shout out to Nichole for making sure she made her rounds with people's orders with a big smiling thanking them for their bussiness. This is one of the many reason I will continue to come to Fort Pierce Hurrican Wings. And refer all my friends and family. Great team Fort Pierre Hurrican Wings.

Super long wait. If you order anything, yes including appetizers, besides wings you will be there for a long time. You'll see those who came after you that ordered wings eat and pay before you get your food. Even paying takes long.

Watch out they charge extra for everything!!! They charged a $1.50 for extra salad dressing and since I asked for mahi on my salad INSTEAD of the chicken it was a $5 upcharge...never mind that I didn't get the chicken! So that was an $18 salad with a tiny piece of mahi. The view is nice and the service was very good. I still wouldn't come back here again since it seems like they just want to squeeze every dime out of you....so make sure don't ask anything about a menu...they may charge you a $1 extra!! LOL

Ahhhh the original...nestled in right next to Jetty Park, this is one of the best beachside restaurants in Florida. They have a little something for everyone and service is always solid

They charged me $9 for 10 tiny cauliflower bites! Such a rip off.

Although the waitress had a good sense of humor about. Which gave us a good laugh. Not her fault. The establishment should do better.

Used to love this place. Now it s just another so so chain. Wings were dry. One small dressing for 20 wings. $6.00 for a domestic draft beer.

Beat Burger I ve ever had! Fries were super fresh and good too! Scotty was the best server I ve had as well! I would highly recommend this place!

Where do I begin. After waiting over an hour for our food, most of it was cold or raw, I never even got mine and almost everything we did get had something wrong with it. Still got a $120 bill. Save your time, go somewhere else. I'm upset I had to even give it a 1 star to post this. Cam definitely tell this place runs off tourists they won't see again so they don't care about making it good or right.

For the amount of food the little kitchen serves out to the very busy full dining area inside and out, plus all the take out orders. They keep up like Champs. Any wait is well worth food.

Food came out after a 45 minute wait. Was cold.sent back and left 20 minutes later with no food

Love this plase I ate there 3 times in 24hrs service was 4/5 but the food omg!!! Try the boneless wings in parmesan and garlic sauce with blue cheese and onion ring. You won't regret it!!!

Getting to Hurricane Grill & Wings is very relaxing. Parking is available enough.
We had a nice place outside. The service staff took us right and kindly welcomed.
Our starters were the delicious Hurricane Nachos.
For the main course we chose burgers and wings. The flavor variations of the wings were very versatile. There were five BBQ flavors alone. There should be no Wings fan on the track.
The Hurricane Grill & Wings is definitely recommended, especially if you like Wings.

Waiter didn't have a notepad to write our order down. No figure I knew she would mess up my order. Poor customer service. Staff is always in the back talking about gossip instead of paying attention to the customers if you ask me. The girl who attended me had blond hair, teen, skinny.
