I've made 2 purchases online, firstly for myself, the 2nd for my daughter. Went to make a 3rd purchase to find the a/c in my daughter's name! So now, after emails to 4 separate customer service twits, I've been asked to get my daughter to contact them so that she can authorise them to change the a/c back into my name. The mistake has been made by Hunter so I am not involving my daughter in this fiasco. It's totally absurd to expect me to do this when they've mucked this up themselves. So, no 3rd purchase will be made. I can see from online reviews that I'm not the only person to have zero customer 'service'. Hunter has had its financial challenges in the not so distant past, so one would think that they would make the effort to maintain an excellent customer service so as to grow their customer base. My advice, if you like Hunter Boots, check them out in a physical store. Do not bother with online. If you strike a problem with an online purchase you will find yourself sending emails to absolute nincompoops! Oh and by the way, I give zero stars.
