I've made 2 purchases online, firstly for myself, the 2nd for my daughter. Went to make a 3rd purchase to find the a/c in my daughter's name! So now, after emails to 4 separate customer service twits, I've been asked to get my daughter to contact them so that she can authorise them to change the a/c back into my name. The mistake has been made by Hunter so I am not involving my daughter in this fiasco. It's totally absurd to expect me to do this when they've mucked this up themselves. So, no 3rd purchase will be made. I can see from online reviews that I'm not the only person to have zero customer 'service'. Hunter has had its financial challenges in the not so distant past, so one would think that they would make the effort to maintain an excellent customer service so as to grow their customer base. My advice, if you like Hunter Boots, check them out in a physical store. Do not bother with online. If you strike a problem with an online purchase you will find yourself sending emails to absolute nincompoops! Oh and by the way, I give zero stars.

boots where under year and a half and they started cracking, hardly wore them very disapointed with qualitity considering the cost of the boots. Not worth it avoid these boots unless you enjoy wasting your hard earned dollars. Thanks for nothing.

I have placed an order on your official website yesterday, paid for it and today, I got an email saying the order was cancelled. No reason, no further explanation, no indication of when and if I will get a refund and how I should go about it. I called the number you provided in the email and it is not assigned. It simply does not exist. What exactly is happening here?

I will need a response from you as soon as possible, as my bank confirmed Hunter has received the money, and I would like to know how we will go about this.

The only reason I shopped on your official website is because one of your employees, in our correspondence a few years ago, said Hunter cannot guarantee that the goods purchased from other sellers, such as shops, are original-only those on your website the company can vouch for. But from the experience of other shoppers, here and in other online reviews, I gather that boots bought online never reach the buyers and neither do their money. I would very much like some clarification on my order as this has severely reduced my confidence in your company.

I would give no stars at all if I could. It seems as though all Hunter employees are useless because the customer service department is useless as well and don't supply and customer service at all. They screwed up the credit on my gift card and now I have no money and no gift card and they cant seem to figure it out. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HUNTER!!!!! They will take your money and run.

I have order boots and some socks and it got lost in the way and now hunter boots retaining my money and telling me to wait when it has been 3 weeks of this. Terrible! This was my 2 pair of boots and my 5th accesorie and i wont buy them anymore just because the impression the company has. Totally a scam, so high price to have a awful service which was on there fault.

I have always purchased Hunter products. But after purchasing three pairs of boots at Christmas, returning two by their approved courier Service of Collect Plus, having my receipt as proof this apparently is still not enough to warrant my money back as they have not received them at their returns department. After approx 30 emails I am no further in getting my refund and have no update. All I hear is this is being looked into. Quality products but very poor customer relations once money has changed hands. Very sad and disappointing.
