Commercial Contractor here - I've hired/fired my insurance broker/company EVERY YEAR since I started this company. Right up until I met Kelsey Newman with Brown & Brown Insurance of Arizona. She's Johnny on the spot EVERY time we need her. She's turned one of the most stressful and fearful parts of contracting into something I can ALMOST ignore.

I am eternally grateful for her above and beyond drive to do right by her clients, and if you give her a chance, I'm positive she'll shine for you too.

His responsiveness to my emails are nearly immediate and I enjoy talking to him on the phone, he has such a positive and upbeat personality he truly brightens one s day.

The office has a great work environment which bleeds into a great customer experience.

Sharon Bowman has always been professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I have had. She has never left me with uncertainty when it came to getting a problem resolved, I am glad to know that B & B Insurance have great people on their team. Overall I have had nothing but great experience with them.

Analise and Evette have gone above and beyond their call of duty to help me and my business assets, homes and automobiles. I rely upon their advise every chance I get. Evette - on business side - has helped me tremendously over the years; for example - the time of my greatest needs this year - Evette had all the answers for COVID related practice issues as soon as the pandemic hit and continued to ease my mind by going above and behind insurance related questions and not only empathized but guided me. I have known her in a professional capacity for over 10 years and has helped me tremendously with employee and practice related issues. Analise - Whom I met three years ago - has saved me tremendous amount of money on my home, personal liability and auto insurance suite and is by far the most responsive and professional personal insurance agent I could have found - my family s assets fare protected and I am very happy to have her on my side. As a multi business owner, dad of two young adults, with multiple assets, I recommend this team to anyone who is looking for one stop shop for all their insurance needs.

The company I work for has been insured with Brown and Brown for a while now, we work very closely with Marie Puetz and Rich Cober. Due to the nature of our business, some of our policies can be challenging. Marie and Rich are very knowledgeable in navigating these challenges, go above and beyond, and involve other members of their team as needed to make sure we are taken care of. They are personable, yet extremely professional, and a true pleasure to work with.
