Has had my membership mixed up with another members for over a year now. They fix it and then mess it up again. I've even gotten an insurance card for this other individual in the mail. Can't online their Vitality Program because it has the other members name on my account and he gets credit for anything I put into their system. Customer service acts like they care, then they go so far and no results. Avoid at all costs!

I can count on one hand how many reviews I have left regarding a company or product, but this particular company however, deserves the worst one possible. From a previous employee whose been terminated (by a organization that supposedly values their employees) standpoint, this company, imparticularly the management, is ruining its well reputable name. After reading some of the previous entry's, i couldn't agree more that if a manager/supervisor wants someone gone, they will stop at nothing to make sure that happens. I had been with the organization for 1 day over my 1 year mark, which would've given me an opportunity to post out of my position, which I had been anticipating. Being in customer service allowed not time for flexibility and that is something I needed for my situation. I had several different networks within the company that would've granted me a position better suited for what I wanted to further expand with Humana. My boss was well aware of that and seemed to be encouraging of her staff wanting to further their career... I was so WRONG. I've never been more humiliated and devastated to lose a job in my entire life. There was zero remorse or regret the day i was fired. I had been trying to get a job there for over ten years and at the point in my life where i wanted to retire from a company, so you can imagine my disappointment. Losing that job has put myself and my family through months of hardship. I hate to speak for others, but just reconsider passing up other places to accept a position here. Their employees are way overworked and never appreciated! The last six months i was employed by them, i had been working mandatory over time up to 55-60 hours a week. All for nothing.

Humana does not follow the hiring and workforce laws as governed by state and government regulations. They fire people erroneously and I know several people who have been granted unemployment by the state because they have been fired and humana truly should not have fired the people so therefore the State of Kentucky grants the employee unemployment. Something should be done about the management they are not running the business under the law but are running it is a politician would run the business, if a certain manager wants someone gone they work out a way to manipulate human resources and have the employee fired. This is unfair and should not be allowed in the United States of America.

I received a letter from this office saying thank you for trusting Humana to provide benefits and needs to me and talking about my Humana ID card as if I signed up with Humana and I never have. I've wasted about 2-3 hours trying to get a hold of someone at Humana or at the office to find out what is going... Someone with customer service was so incompetent, I asked them to give me a phone number for Humanas corporate office on 101E. Main St. in Louisville Kentucky, and they gave me the # to a random doctor's office in the Humana corporate office that isn't associated with Humana... What a joke of a company. I kept getting phone calls to people who had no clue and no idea who to send me to. Luckily eventually someone put me on the do not mail list but he couldn't answer me why I got this letter and what it was about. Humanas automated phone answering devices are a joke... Whatever happened to dialing 0 for an operator or to get to a representative??? News flash Humana... Not all calls are about 2 or 3 specific issues and not everyone is a member... You need a separate option for other questions, concerns, or issues. I would never consider Humana after this pitiful experience...

This company is horrid. Not worthy of even 1 star. Their web portal has a premiums payment section, but is constantly down or non-functioning. Then, if you call to make a payment, they keep nearly bankers hours. So, even when you try to make payments, you can't. What kind of company makes it so hard to GIVE them money. Then, if you miss a payment because of their system - bam, you're kicked out with no way to regain coverage till open enrollment. I'm scared to even make a benefits claim and try to find out how awful that experience will be. Healthcare in general in this country is eff'd, but Humana sets a new low. Nothing like a legal monopoly to bring out the worst market performance. Go to hell humana...or better yet go out of business so I can actually get some healthcare worth paying for.
