Mike was very professional. His customers service skills oozed with experience. He treated us with care, encouraged questions and when the deal was closed and all the details were done, he walked us to our vehicle with a cleaning solution in one hand and a cleaning cloth in the other, just in case the detail guy missed a spot. It was a pleasant experience.
