After a not so great experience at another dealership, we called Charleston Nissan and spoke with Travis. As soon as we walked in, you could tell they appreciated you. Travis treated me with respect and when I told him what I was interested in, he didn't tell me about other cars on the lot. And while I cleaned out my old car, he took the time to take a special decal off my car. It spoke highly of his character. I will certainly be telling my friends and colleagues about Charleston Nissan. Thank you for the great service.
