I scheduled my service on line after receiving an email offering a promotion for service. After scheduling on line I called and referenced the promotion while explaining additional service I wanted to have done. I appreciated having my vehicle picked up for service and being returned after, but as per the promotion I was expecting to have my vehicle cleaned and due to the amount I spent $40 taken off my bill. I assumed these things would have been done and should have verified with my advisor before authorizing payment.
