Was it just me ?!? But I couldn't find a place to buy a cup of coffee or hot chocolate ???
The facility to watch a game though was Outstanding.

I had the worst experience ever there last night at the Bette Midler concert. When asking the people in the blue jackets for help to find our seats they kept sending us the wrong direction. After the concert we took the elevator and one of the workers got on and said "who told you that you can be on this elevator, this is the service elevator" in a rude tone. I told him the people in the blue jackets. The way we were treated last night you would have thought this was their first function they have ever had there. The stage set up was a joke thank goodness they had the big screens. What a waste of money.

Great venue. . The parking situation was terrible for the Barbra Streisand show. Gridlock for 30 minutes. We thought we were going to miss the beginning of the show. ..then some traffic police showed up and eased up the gridlock. We were able to park, walk to venue and sat down with plenty of time before show started. Great recovery!

SAP is a nice facility to watch a sporting event and had a fun time taking my kids there. There is good food and parking all around the outside of the arena but almost inside..10.00 for a hot dog and over 6.00 for a bottle of water?!?! Come on now! Not sure it's worth it but fortunately my kids had fun. Having a late night Amtrak after the evening games would make the trip so much easier as well.

The center was nice and had lots of women s restrooms.

The Shark Tank is not only a great place to see concerts it is also home to our one and only San Jose Sharks.

Great location and friendly staff. Parking is expensive inside the SAP center, but there are several cheap parking available outside across the street.

Great place for shows and sporting events. Security line a bit too slow though.

Huge pace, lots of fun. I've been here for 2 events - NXT fake wrestling and for the Barracuda hockey game. Parking was easy and it didn't take my any time to get in or out. The seats hurt a little so bring a cushion, but otherwise they're new and nice.

Best part! If you go to a Barracuda game they have super cheap beer, super cheap nachos, it's a whole event and we spent less than $20 for 2 people on food and 4 beers.

Visiting from Australia n this was our first live hockey game...very exciting.

Went there for US figure skating championship game. The whole place felt like very well maintained. Nice and clean. Parking lot is huge but a bit pricey. For that event, the parking was $20.

I see it almost every day and now that san jose has opted for the whole chrome and glass thing its notso bad

Good venue for hockey. Even in the 200 level, the game is watchable. Food options are decent, but expect drink prices to be high.

Low star because of people working food stand. No gloves and licking fingers after touching food that they serve. Older lady named Barbra working for 1pm monster jam show made me order no food ....fast security check in clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. But because of what I seen I didn't order food

The food is great. The lines are horrible. When I went to a hockey game it was fun because of the views.

Was visiting the area and was lucky enough to get to see the last home game for the Sharks. The crowd was really. Hyped and they game was good. Sharks won. Easy access to food and drink ,clean bathrooms and helpful staff.

There are no bad seats. They always have great shows lined up and the Sharks games are really fun. Food and beer choices are awesome as well! Location is great, located next to Caltrain and VTA.

Eata Bonita the sand, the bad thing that the places above are lousy, there is hardly a very small one

Great atmosphere. Little bit annoying that it's not allowed to lean forward (as you could obstruct view for people behind you)

Was easy to get to, parking attendants were awesome, had to wait for my kid and friends to get done at concert.

Nice. Saw Slayer and Lamb of God, Testament, Anthrax, and Napalm Death. Amazing place.

A good place to go but I wouldn't advise attending events if there's a family member who needs to be taken care of unless you bring them with you.

The concert was five stars.
The facility was difficult. Shins up against the back of chairs in front. No lighting on stairs up to seats. Only one full handicap stall in the women's room. No paper towels.

Show was supposed to start at 8 pm but took 3 hour just so bad bunny can come out but fr tho it was lit

The Shark Tank is a great venue from hockey to concerts. Be warned, parking is expensive.

It's a great place for any kind of event.... I just have out issue with paying 5 to 7 for a water.

Had the most awesome time at the Alt 105.3's Not So Silent Night show tonight !! The SAP center is always fun to go watch concerts at because traffic isnt all crazy before or after the show. They should make all of the food and drinks a little cheaper but other then that everything was AWESOME

Went to see a concert here, it was a good experience. Hotel within walking distance from the venue. That made it convenient. If the concert is right i would definitely go back

Terrific venue and even though it's been there for a few years now the facility is very well maintained. I was particularly impressed with the professional appearance and behavior of the staff at the venue. I would compare the guest relations to what you would expect at an amusement park. This is a great comfortable and safe venue.

They have a new bag requirement and they want it to be clear, to me that's stupid because not many people have those. The size is not even a typical size either. I rather you look through my stuff then that. It still took the same amount of time. The show though was cute and my kids did enjoy.

Great arena. Can't go wrong with any seat in the house!
