worst hotel to stay at. room was tiny hardly any space to move around.sheets were so dirty blanket had burn holes.ac never worked.location is the only plus.apart from that nothing is good about this hotel is good.wish there was 0 star option available.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, no refrigerator or microwave in room. No parking on site. Coffee pot makes one cup.

Pretty good hotel, outside may be dezeving but the inside isn't to bad. Very little parking space, minutes walking to Lake Ontario for a great view and a walk. We stayed here for a week pretty good service. Wish they had more breakfast options.. transportation location is awesome street cars and buses seconds outside the door and some pretty well restaurants near by and if you don't like the restaurants there is a McDonald's within few seconds of walking distance. The hotel is also affordable we stayed for a week cause of personal benefits and other then the pet fee charge it was reasonable pricing

This place is a fraud, 100$ or more per night + taxes for a tiny room, smelly corridors, dirty carpets, bugs , bathroom walls and A\C full of unhealthy mold. The first night the smell of the mold was so strong inside and outside the bedroom that we ended with a horrible sore throat. The complete building overlooks, inside and outside, shows a complete lack of maintenance.There is a free breakfast with cereal, bread, coffee and diy waffles, some jam and pb. I don't recommend this place at all!

this is are home away from home . room need abit more love but still very clean .

This place is exactly what you'd expect a budget hotel to be. Room was clean and small. Place is pretty tired but can't beat the value in Toronto. We had a wedding at the boulevard club. Only took 5 mins to walk home.

Cheap, clean, very big room, excellent location and as a bonus free breakfast!.

Dirty and disgusting hotel. Don't ever stay here!
Room was tiny and dated. Had bugs in the room and under mattress.
Manager wouldn't refund us even though we didn't stay there, even hung up on me refusing to refund me and telling me to go to the public because he didn't care. That is super disrespectful and not business-like at all! You could not pay me a million dollars to stay there ever!
Definitely not a good reputation or experience. Don't waste your time or money!

Alright experience. Rooms was smaller than expected which was okay but the air conditioner was an old model and wasn't working well barely any cold air blowing. The staff was friendly which was comforting. Would given it 5 star but the issues with the room being smaller than advertise and Ac issues still a wonderful stay would differently think about staying there again

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The location is very good, however, they should take more care in the facilities and cleanliness of the whole place
