Although I took the option (paid) "room only", I was operated by 2 students / trainees ... and not by the teacher, as normally announced at the start.
I stayed 3 and a half days (4 paid) in a single room ... the floor was never cleaned during my occupation.
Only the bathroom was daily and quickly refreshed ... but not thoroughly cleaned.
The toilet seat held only one side while I had an infusion and a urinary drain (it was really dangerous).
The Congolese nurses were, however, very kind ... which was not the case of the maintenance staff (aggressive), as well as the person who was in charge of bringing the meal trays ... which could not hide a mal- to be deep (a small smile has never hurt anyone) '.

My daughter has a Google account and I can write this to describe the malfunctioning of some hospitals due to the incompetence of some of their staff. Following the opinion of my gynecologist, a RMI was made on 26/06/18. The radiologist who had done the exam needed additional information (mammo and echo). As the mammo and the echo were done in another hospital in Brussels, it was necessary to go and get a CD-rom of the exams at the secretariat of this hospital. The next day (around 1/7/18), the CD-ROM was sent to the radiology department of Brugmann Hospital. A week later, still having no news of the gynecologist and the hospital in question, I phone the secretariat of Brugmann Hospital and there, the secretary announces that nothing is done and that the radiologist is probably on vacation and I have to call back every week because she does not know for how long. After 3 weeks of absence, I am told that the radiologist is still absent and that there is no protocol. As I went on my own vacation, I decided to call back after my vacation (duration also 3 weeks).
On my return, we are already August 10, I phone the gynecologist has still received nothing. I ring the Brugmann Hospital and after a lot of talk, I am asked to call back on Monday 13. Yesterday, I am told that I can pick up the CD-Rom and the protocol the next day. This morning, I retrieve the CD-ROM and the protocol, send it by e-mail to my gynecologist who reminds me in the hour to tell me that nothing had been done and that the radiologist has mentioned that he needs to the mammo and the echo while the radiologist had it on the CD-Rom transmitted around the 1st of July. So check out again !!!!!!!!!! It's been 3 months between the mammo and today and still no results !!!!!!
This radiologist does not take these patients seriously and put their lives on the line! This is Dr. H .... t! This is my story and I would not want another patient to experience the same experience because doing so is not at all respectful. That's why I share it with you.
