Beautiful show room, do be sure to the guided tour, well worth it

It was so good... It was a good day out... Waterford is such a big city... And it has plenty of attractions...

Interesting to see how Waterford crystal is made, tour guide was very good.

Great place if you go behind the scenes through the factory tour so that you can see how the crystal is made. I learned a lot. I especially like that I learned that there is so much crystal still made in Ireland even though I thought it was all shipped out to Slovenia etc. If you are from the U.S. here is an interesting fact: Because of how they distribute, you are more likely to get Waterford crystal made in Ireland back in the U.S. than here at the factory.

This place is well worth a visit for mature people that is but the kids would like the beautiful crystal too

The tour is worth the money. It s pretty quick but you get to see all the stages and watch the craftsman in action. Feeling the heat of the furnace when the hot crystal comes out is impressive. Definitely check it out if you have the time.

We only visited the free zone, the store, but it seemed like a visit for the elderly

Very good .Well worth a tour of the famous glass making factory. Actual working factory tour from starting the glass blowing process to the finished Waterford crystal piece.

See the craftmaking up close & personal & view the fabulous display of cut crystal - you don't need a crystal ball to see that this is the place for you & your family to visit. Highly Recommended.

It was outstanding!!!!! It is the very best thing about being in Waterford. Very impressed with the quality and labor hours put into your product. I was a wonder of why the items cost what they do. Take the tour and all of your questions will be answered as mine were. I was amazed to see all of your production employees at work. "especially your 1 female production employee that we saw", that was really good to see and hear about. All of your sales staff, customer service, reception and tour staff were amazing.

Wife loved all the crystal. Great prices. Craftsmen production tour was very interesting.

For those that a strong interest in the crystals and craft. They have a tour of their site, a large shop and cafe. While they do have sale items it is quite pricey. Worth a visit if you have an interest in Waterford.

Absolutely fantastic place the craftsman are really great and workmanship is terriffic

Cannot review the tour because we didn t go on it and the gift shop was ok if you like that kind of stuff, but the bathrooms were GREAT. Especially when you really have to go. They have a cafe that looks good. Do yourself a favor and go to the medieval museum across the street.

The House of Waterford Crystal is a must-see if you are in Waterford. The showrooms are amazing

An interesting visit to an operating glass factory. The visit is guided, it includes an introductory explanation, a video, a visit to the factory where the different manufacturing phases are seen on-site and the completion in the shop-museum. I missed an audio guide with language options (it is hard to follow the thread if you do not master English perfectly, since many of the words are technicalities of the sector).

Fantastic Tour. Mother in Law loved it. Brother in Law held the NCAA College Football Trophy amongst others. Our tour guide really made the tour interesting. If you're in Waterford this is a must

Definitely worth a visit to the House of Waterford. Our guide was so knowledgeable and helpful, which made the tour enjoyable. You get to see the crystal making process and the artist at work.

A truly beautiful place. Full of history of a great Waterford industry and a time and a place. it is great to see that the industry is alive and well and hopefully growing business again for this great small city. The display is breath taking and beautifully laid out. It is pricey but there are some glassware to suit people's pockets. I enjoyed the lovely cafe and I will definitely love to do a visit to the factory the next time I visit this lovely city.

If you have ever been curious about how crystal is made, this is the tour for you. I had no idea that it takes 8 years of apprenticeship before you become a master glass blower!

Excellent place to visit ,be prepared to pay high prices for the crystal ,still a great place to see even if you dont purchase anything.

Really interesting tour, you get to see a few different works in the various stages of development in an active factory. The guides are well informed about what is going on and have some interesting information snippets.

Waterford is one of the friendliest cities in Ireland. A great return to the House of Waterford's former glory. An amazing array of crystal for purchase or simply to appreciate. Be prepared; this was probably the most crowded venue I encountered during a 12 day visit.

Wow! I loved the American football helmet made out of pure Waterford crystal! Bring your wallet and have an open mind because i saw one piece priced at over $45,000.00!

Don't miss this tour! I know Crystal flatware don't interest everyone. It honestly didn't interest me either but I came here with my tour group and so should you. You get a guided tour through the working factory. You get to actually see the master craftsman at work. The tour guide goes through the history of Waterford itself and details how one can become a master craftsman. The tour is less than an hour long so you will not get bored. You see every step in making an original Waterford Crystal piece and it should not to be missed.
