A great showroom for this iconic crystal. The tour is good and informative but the showroom is what you want to see and does not cost anything on it's own.

Loved seeing how this incredible crystal is made. Would have liked more time watching the craftsman. Our tour guide did a super job.

Waterford gave a well produced factory tour bringing you through the heart of live production with a view of glass blowing and cutting. Getting to see examples of large specialty pieces such as trophies up close was an unexpected highlight. The factory store has a full selection of product on display including jewelry. It's hard to leave without taking an expensive piece of glass with you.

Tour was very thorough, revealing all steps in the glass making process right before your eyes. Beautiful creations on display.

Great museum with a lovely guide who mixed humour with historical knowledge. Give yourself plenty of time to visit all three attractions as there's so much to see.

Very helpful informative staff at reception, Guides delivery of the factory was excellent her name was Mary, the staff at work in the factory were friendly cheerful and appeared to love their craft. Full Mark's this venue is a wonderful asset to the City of Waterford and a major tourist attraction

Wow. Take the tour and see how they make their products. The craftsman ( andcwomen) are just amazing. The display and shop showcase the beauty crystal that they produce here.

Awesome experience but no the best for kids. If your kids are under 14 they will be boarded.

Tour was great! Our tour guide, Bernie, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The art of making crystal is very fascinating and time consuming! The product is absolutely stunning. The tour offered great insight to all the work put into each piece. That's why it's so expensive, haha.

You must do the tour of how they make the glassware, very interesting

Do take a tour if you have the chance! The skills of the engravers are superb and it is wonderful to see their masterpieces taking shape.
