Good Food in great location. Decent band playing that night.

It's a nice place for dinner and to see local and popular bands.

We went to the Queen tribute Concert. It was Fun night out! Free tickets.

Great time tonight at House of Blues...saw the KISS tribute band "Strutter." Great rock show...and all ages were entertained! Love this venue no matter what city it's in.

Wish they'd get some bigger artists, but it's a small venue. They have great shows and we've never had an issue.

A wonderful place! Spacious, but the seats could use an upgrade.

Whether you want to be inside or outside you will be well entertained and a well fed. If you're on vacation and looking for a one of those really fun drinks that you can't get at home, this is the place to go. Live music outside and plenty of Room to dance with an outside bar. They also have a shop where you can buy souvenirs that will make you lol! Can't wait to go back! It has a great Ambience!

I rate this place a 3 because the bartenders were so pleasant and provided great service. If I had to rate HofB for just food, it would be a (1 Star) joint that won t see me again. I ordered the Juicy Lucy (they advertise a the house favorite) which was on a scale between nasty and edible. The hamburger meat had parts of the meat that would not separate while chewing and ended up being wrapped tightly in a paper napkin and placed on the edge of my plate. $16? For that? I know prices are higher because of the location, but c mon. Umm, I drink soda water when I drive because I don t ever drink and drive. Last night was the first time that I was ever charged $3 for soda water, including at the beach. I paid my bill and did not complain so in all fairness to this establishment, I didn t make them aware of how turned off I was by the quality of the burger. Hence, I didn t give them the chance to offer me something different. Either way, No hard feelings and it just reenforces why we all have our go to places to eat. Besides the bartenders, the live music was a good distraction to the not so good and over priced food. I ate at 21 Main the night before and my bill was less than $10 more than it was at HofB, but the food was 10 times better. Just saying...

Mystery Theater, good acting, tasty dinner. Noisy while eating. Uncomfortable seating.Poor lightning on outside stairways.

Good venue, came here to see "Theory of a Deadman", sound was great. Very safe, believe me security is VERY thorough.

The House of Blues is a premiere music forum on the Grand Strand.It has a variety of music .Never a dull moment there.

Murder Mystery Dinner was fun. Rumours concert was awesome. Wish they had more seating at the concerts.

Food overpriced relative to the quality and there was nothing special or unique about the food. Charged an additional .50 for a side of ranch dressing...really??? If you're thinking the interior is something like Hard Rock Cafe with a blues twist, think again. Nothing about the interior of the restaurant brought to mind a blues theme. There are too many good restaurants in Myrtle Beach to waste your time and money here.

After wandering around for 5 minutes we found the restaurant. Whole place is dark and drab. Went on a Thursday to a restaurant event and come to find out the band plays out back where u can't see or hear them from the restaurant. After being seated we waited for 10 minutes and waiters walking all around no one offered to help or take a drink order. We got up and walked out. Don't wast your time on this place!

Horrible food, My wife and I ordered the Cajun Pasta and Fried Chicken. The pasta tasted like a microwaved bag of Ramen noodles with some crappy cajun seasoning. The Chicken had what appeared to be a maple syrup drizzle that did not taste good whatsoever. Extremely disappointed. The menu states its quality Southern food, that's the furthest thing from the truth. A crammed concert venue after our dinner and Its by far the worst place to watch your favorite artists. I've had much better experiences elsewhere. Never again.

General admission was a bit of a nightmare. A little bit a signage could go a long way to minimize confusion, so that the "skip the line" (very long line) doesn't get confused with the GA (also very long line). This would have saved us about half an hour of additional wait time when we were finally close enough to see that we were mistakenly in the line for skipping the line.

Ok, all of that aside, the place was packed. Great for business, to be sure, but it gave us a great place to watch human nature. Having our kids with us, I was repeatedly amazed by the people that had no problem just "wandering" in front of us and then staying there for a few songs before wandering on and having others repeat the process.

I'll consider it an ill-planned fluke and make sure that we prepare better for the next concert we try to attend.

Must see if in the Myrtle Beach area. General seating. Very limited standing room is plentyful. Building is superbly decorated. Accoustics is okay depending on your seat. ( stay to the right or in the middle. Acts are plentlyfull but can run late at times. Great Blues experience.

This was a wonderful first experience for myself. We had a wonder waitress named Lakedia. She was funny and did a wonderful job. The food was delicious and came out quickly. I also loved the live music of the evening Amanda. I would definitely recommend this place to eat anytime! I am going to be coming back when I am on vacation.

Daughter went to see Shinedown and we went back to following day to get a HOB t-shirt. The employee was very helpful.

Place was great, the band rocked the house, drinks were much more reasonable than the rest of the area.

Got "free" tickets for a show while on vacation
Waited in line for 2 hours only to find out that there were no seats unless you had a special ticket, and even then there were only like 30 seats. Once in the venue drink prices doubled. The opening act which started a full 45 minutes late was so bad that we left. A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! We will not return to the bait and switch venue. Very disappointed! !

This place is epic and has some great blues feel, what we ordered was freshly made, the atmosphere was great and staff friendly. The supervisor and managers came by and checked on us theought the night to see if everything is good. I like the the whole layout. Will plan coming back.

Last night we drove up from Charleston to see an AC/DC and a Guns 'n Roses Tribute Band. The music was fantastic! The drinks were great. The acoustics were far better than expected. Most of all, the barmaid called Shelby was so friendly, quick and professional: that really made our evening! Despite being totally inundated with thirsty patrons, she took the time to smile and listen to us, and it's for this reason above all that we will 100% come back to see more shows!

Our family wanted to try the breakfast buffet that ran until 11:30. Arrived at 10:20 and waited 40 minutes to be seated. The waiter never came around to take our drink order. We decided to get our food while we waited for a waiter. No plates available; almost every food pan was completely wiped out. Looked like the only food available was a cook making omelets to order. We walked out and found breakfast elsewhere. Don't waste your time here.

We ate dinner then saw Dirty Heads. Food was pretty good, drinks strong. The volcano shrimp was great app. The concert venue is mostly standing room only. Sound was impressive. Can't wait to go back!

Been coming here 5or6 times a year for the past 4 years was always treated very well until tonight was treated very disrespected by the host probably wont com3 back because of this

Went and seen blues travelers and there was nowhere to sit down it's standing Room only so if you go to house of blues know that you're gonna be standing the whole time

Great unique place to visit. Very artsy in a rustic ole school type of way . Intentionally its made to look very aged and old but it's not. Sunday is Brunch day. 9-2 pm. $15-20 pp.

Arrived a little late for my reservation but I was still accommodated without a wait. The place is clean, and smelled of delicious food. Although they were out of ribs and Brussel sprouts, we were accommodated graciously with great salmon, More

Always an awesome venue whether you are there for a concert or to visit the Restaurant and Bar. Love it.

Brunch was ok. Food was fresh but bland. Music was ok too.

I love this place. I have always had a great time. The problem is the line-up of bands tends to be horrible for half the year. Other HOB's keep a variety of different genres of music year round. Sadly this one tends to stay with country music and tribute bands.

The best host I've ever met in any restaurant. He truly cares about his job and the patrons. Lost power due to the weather but still had a great experience. Food was amazing and the band was very entertaining.
