Great service and food. Hard to find both now. The owner took time to talk to us and make us feel welcome.

The place was very busy with two large groups. We still got great service and our food in a timely manner. The chips and salsa were not inspiring but the burger was great and my crab avacado salad was the best salad I've ever had.

This was my wife and I's first time visiting for lunch. The food was delicious and the service was great! We will definitely be coming back!

We went there for Mother's Day and with the amount of people that were there we really felt that they did an outstanding job I believe our service name was Christy and she was wonderful

Mother's Day Brunch was an absolute disaster. They recommended reservations so we made some and it was pointless because we waited 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. They crammed people in and the service and food was mediocre at best. At one point in time, they removed the high chair from our table and then said, "Oh, well there is a child that needed it and you can hold yours." Over-priced and they were too focused on getting as many people in to get money. Absolutely will not return.

Loud and bad service. Meat overcooked yet vegetables practically raw.

Nice atmosphere...Good service and food is very good. The stuffed mushrooms are large and very tasty.

Food was good, service was poor (had to ask someone to get our waitress each time, or flag her down when I did see her across the room & took a long time to get our food considering it was not a busy time).

Great onion rings and I love the Country Fried chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans!

Good bar area. Steaks, seafood, etc...I really like the buffalo quesadillas with their sauce. Casual atmosphere that has locals and you see good number of company parties here. I have eaten here quite a few times and will again.

We had a great dinner here. So many options on the menu -- something for everyone. The appetizers we got (the stuffed mushrooms and the fried green tomatoes) were to die for. Cute cocktails. Friendly staff. We are definitely coming back here soon. New favorite.

Service a little slow and draft beer at5 bucks but great food menu.

Everything was good as usual. Service could've been a little better. Food was got and cooked properly.

Worst dining experience I ve had in a while. Aside from waiting nearly an hour for our food, half of it was cold (pasta, mashed potatoes, steak), half of our party were missing part of their dishes (sides were missing, and one of us did not get their salad), and of the ones of us who got our complete orders the orders were wrong. Over priced and not worth it. Also couldn t even get the checks right AFTER asking everyone to repeat their orders and how they would like them split up. Chick-fil-A across the street would have been better!

Nothing spectacular. Good food, OK prices. Large party that was understaffed helping the party and a few mistakes but my personal meal was tasted good and was correct.

My sister & I have SERVICE animals, & We've been to this establishment several times & YOU guys have NEVER made us feel bad bad for having them. & We appreciate that.

A good local spot with a decent menu and family friendly prices. Salads are fresh as are the burgers. It has a full bar that we ve never seen dominate the place. Nice atmosphere with no kids running amok. May sound a bit strange, but the waitstaff can be a bit too attentive, as in how s your day, mine is ok but my car is in the shop, yada yada. No need to keep visiting once the food gets there.

Food is good, great gluten free options. I go to an amazing women s group here every month. I would recommend.

I will never go here again the food was awful how can you mess up a salad and a shrimp quesadilla service not so great either they have a good rating but the smell in the restaurant was a bit to be desired

I went around four in the afternoon place was empty except for one other table. I had an order of Buffalo wings hot. They came out dry no sauce. Service was okay

The service, food and atmosphere were great. Our waiter was awesome. He checked on us constantly and was very polite. We went there to celebrate my sister's birthday and asked if they would come out and sing happy birthday to her. "F" our waiter said that "he regretted to inform us that the restaurant does not perform that service". We laughed because we thought that he was going to inform us of something totally different. LOL!!

Understaffed, and they don't seem to care if it takes over an hour to get you your food.

Overall great experience! Denise was our server and bartender. She gave great service and had a great attitude. She really takes care of you :)

Oh my god I had the most amazing salad I have ever had, and I m sure will ever had here. The Ahi Tuna salad was perfect in ever way and made so fresh. Absolutely would recommend 10/10

The food here is good, but our service was very slow. The prices are moderate and the staff helpful, but the wait for our food was just too long.

Poor customer service, food is good but the portion size has decreased a lot and I really dont want to pay $11 for a child size pasta.
My office used to love Hondstooth but something has changed and we will not pay high prices for bad customer service and tinny plates. Would not recommend eating here.

I ve not been here. My deciding factor was the lack of response from the owner to correct the service failures. I only see responses/comments for the rave reviews. That in and of itself says a lot. No restaurant is perfect and some of the comments on service were a bit petty. It s still difficult to imagine my family having a bad experience and no accountability from the owner. Perhaps you need to respond to every paying customer, not just your regulars, favorites or those complementing your establishment.

Food and staff were great. Nice place for company party.

Food was okay very salty didn't really enjoy I think it's stupid that the bar has different food than the restaurant and you can't order from the bar at the restaurant

If you want to wait an hour for eggs and biscuits by all means go to this restaurant. Don't remember when I have walked out of a restaurant and left only money to cover my drink ( which I was tempted not to do). We finally set a time that we would leave if our food had not arrived...guess what they didn't make it. No food in sight when we left..Everyone else had been served.

Great food and staff. Best ribeye I've had since moving to GA. And they have a good satellite radio station playing...

Well I ordered the fried shrimp and they were 10 huge shrimp with a big pile of French Fries and coleslaw. Best I ever ate there or anywhere else! !

The service and quality of the food at Houndstooth is consistently average at best.
