I ve not been here. My deciding factor was the lack of response from the owner to correct the service failures. I only see responses/comments for the rave reviews. That in and of itself says a lot. No restaurant is perfect and some of the comments on service were a bit petty. It s still difficult to imagine my family having a bad experience and no accountability from the owner. Perhaps you need to respond to every paying customer, not just your regulars, favorites or those complementing your establishment.
