Very poor and antisocial company. Due to a system error, the reservation was placed on a wrong day. Called immediately after, but they only work during office hours. Then contacted the hotel, in which they told me they could not do anything for me.
Then called next morning to reschedule the day, but nothing is possible. You are not taken seriously and are constantly sent from the cupboard to the wall. Again several emails sent without response, very bad this ..
