For me, Hotelroom Auction has not been able to find the payment in its own system, it took them half a year to do this and only after dozens of emails and telephone calls.
After half a year they suddenly found it, but that half a year has passed to redeem the coupon, they don't want to do anything about it.
There is a certain Manon on customer service, watch out because this lady is happy to send you into the reeds with a clump.
Do not partner with Hotelroom Auction and book elsewhere with a reliable party!
