Good location to the center and about 30 minutes to the sea / beach. Food very good.

Good hotel with friendly service and nice rooms. A star deduction for the breakfast hall with train station character and the also not spatially good bar. That can be a four star hotel better.

Nothing else to arrive, typical folklore of Tavira in its hall, the ideal spa with children but not for couples if you go to hours of high affluence. The views of the great room to the central pool illuminated, large and comfortable bed, toilet with bathtub, everything well organized, neat and clean. Ideal for visiting the market or taking the ferry to Tavira beach. You can walk directly to know the historical center, very good attention

Excellent A la Carte menu in the evening. Working our way through the menu and have loved everything so far. Great staff with good English. Top end meal prices by Portuguese standards but well worth it. Good wine list at reasonable prices.

The indoor pool is something fabulous, the jacuzzi, Turkish bath ... Very good breakfast, excellent indoor parking. 5 * rooms.

Staff were fantastic helped me out a few times when trying to find local businesses I had to visit, I was impressed with the large open public areas in the hotel, the number of lifts I never had to wait for a lift, the breakfast was excellent with a large selection of the usual breakfast fare bacon and eggs etc as well as a large selection of fresh fruits and juices which I prefer. My room was spotless and a good size with a balcony overlooking the city, staff had offered other choices but I was happy with this view. I noted the dated comments and I Did find the shower in the bath a pain as I banged my shin getting into the bath, the water from the shower Had low pressure and it was a do it yourself find the right temperature, could do with a walk in shower and thermostatically controlled. In saying that it was adequate. I will definitely use the hotel again soon.

Excellent location, close to everything on foot, very good breakfast and good sized rooms, although somewhat minimalist in the possibilities of tidiness. Other than a few, I found the staff unfriendly. Another less positive point was the room being communicating, that is, being connected to another by interior doors. Even if closed, they made the soundproofing, which at first would be excellent, was bad. Had I been unlucky with the room?

As accommodation is great, the rooms are cozy and have all the amenities. The cleanliness is not bad and the service in general is very correct. The facilities are very good, pool, spa, gym ... The only points where it is a little loose is at the buffet and at the bar. The food is good and it is of quite good quality but there could be more variety and in the bar they are afraid of the performances they have. For everything else it is a highly recommended hotel with an excellent location.

We had a great dance holiday with Personal touch holidays. We had a great holiday, lovely weather and the locals are really friendly people.

This hotel is very poorly designed, apart from the pool. The restaurant is dingy and dated, the rooms not very well furnished (not enough drawers, por lighting), as for the staff, most do their best but there aren't enough of them. The entrance is absurd, nowhere to park and pedestrians forced to walk on the vehicle lane. What's the point in having 4 doors if one is permanently locked? And two people on reception for a hotel this size? Inexcusable.

Nice hotel, located near the salt pans. Partly a bit noisy from traffic even at night. At the opposite market hall life begins around 5 o'clock. Great surprise in the room from the hotel for the birthday found. We'll definitely be back here. Only room 2032 we would deselect

Everything perfect: location, service, breakfast, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, plus the wonderful pool.

An excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean with sizable rooms. Pay a little extra for a room overlooking the pool. A little advice though. Food and drinks are quite pricey so better to go into town. Breakfast is excellent. The buffet style presentation leaves nothing out. There is always a choice for every taste.

Centrally located nice hotel. Made a well-kept impression. Outdoor and indoor pool. Breakfast and dinner as a buffet and the quality is good. One star less, because it was an eternal fight to come to the restaurant. Staff was overstrained. Those who can, except for breakfast, should take their meals outside (no problem) of the hotel.

Reasonable. Need to improve air conditioning and decoration. Expensive, too expensive for a four star that seems to come down to a three star.

Clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast a little too crowded, but nothing special to aim at! After all we are in the Algarve!

Nothing negative to highlight

Nice hotel on the edge of Tavira. Already a bit older but clean.
Enjoy your meal. There was something for everyone.

Hotel not corresponding to the advertising on the sites consulted.
Too bad because it is very clean and the staff are friendly and efficient.
But for the rest it is not the same.
On arrival you are asked to pay the entire stay, then if you extend an employee tells you that you will pay on departure, but a few hours later another employee demands the payment immediately (what confidence).
The parking card rarely works, the a la carte meals are okay but the buffet is not worthy of 4 stars, even in the hospital it is better.
The shower in the room has little pressure and the breakfast is good, except when the chef decides to make a gourmet presentation, in which case nothing is completely ready when it opens.
