Very nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet and very nice indoor pool with Jacuzzi and Turkish steam bath

Magnificent! A few steps from the boat to ilha de tavira and from the center to spend the evening. Highly recommended!

Well located. Next to the historical area of Tavira.

Also, it can live well. Only the staff is not very friendly to the German guests. There are no German menus in the restaurants.

Unbeatable location. Facilities in very good condition, great pool, spectacular breakfast buffet. Cleaning of 10. The only thing that I think can be improved are some details of the room, a little older and that for a 4 stars have squeaked me. But overall the hotel is very good. I would repeat without hesitation.

The hotel makes a very nice impression at first! The view from the balcony is not nice!
However, the biggest drawback was - large restaurant - constant queuing -
often skipped the main course and took cold dinner, as there was no queue!

Our first visit to Tavira, the hotel is very close to the center about 10 minutes walking, around the hotel there is a blue zone for parking but at the back of the hotel there is a market and there you can park freely.
The hotel facilities are very good, with the reservation they gave us access to the indoor pool and the jacuzzi, which we found out in the hotel since the reservation did not specify anything, so we were left with the desire. Negative point for the soundproofing of the room which is terrible, you could hear the neighbor snoring.
The hotel staff in general are very unfriendly, there are exceptions, but in general they are very frivolous and uncooperative.

Dinner: practically the same dinner the 2 nights, only the dishes that were grilled instantly changed.
In summary we were comfortable but we left with a bittersweet taste if I returned to Tavira I would surely look for another accommodation.

Very quiet hotel. We have gone in October and it was packed. The average age is high. Great buffet breakfast.

Practically in the center and a few steps away from boarding x Ilha Tavira. Excellent service and cleanliness, excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms with terrace. Indoor bar, SPA, swimming pool, underground parking available for a fair price.

It is a holiday hotel with swimming pool, meeting rooms, cafeteria ..... I imagine they will have summer activities for families. I see it also for groups of adults.

Very good facilities, clean hotel, attentive staff. Poor Wi-Fi, noisy pool with no one watching over violations of their own standards (throwing a ball, towels marking places without anyone occupying them for hours).

Centrally located, one comes from the hotel after a few meters in the tranquil and quiet old Tavira.Nette and good restaurants. Small shops. We felt very comfortable in the Vila Gale as well as in Tavira.

I expected that in a 4-star hotel of this large hotel chain, in the bathroom it would have at least one towel warmer. It is true that in the Algarve the weather is quite mild but, in January there may be not very hot days and / or with fog. Instead a cold room, slightly damp towels and to take a shower we had to warm up with the phone and drop hot water into the tub. We do not speak of the bidet that in order to use it we had to unscrew and remove the jet as it is clogged with limestone. Maybe it's because guests from other countries don't know and use this sanitary and / or maybe there is a flaw in cleaning?

Great central location for the indoor market, ferry to the beach and for the rest of town it's an ideal spot for families visiting for the first time.
